Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Bendigo Blvd, North Bend

I would give them negative stars if I could. Worst branch I've ever had to deal with. If you are trying to buy a house I would use any other bank then BofA and definitely do not use this branch. We had our escrow confirmed 3.18 and had to rush out to wire funds for a Monday closing. My mom showed up to this branch and was told that the banker was busy until closing with a customer. She waited as she was the only other one in the customer service waiting area, hoping she would wrap up a little early. The banker finished her appointment early and skipped over my mom and took people out of the teller line instead. Then had the audacity to tell my mom that she didn't want her to leave angry but wouldn't do the wire. They let her stay after closing to pull her money out of her account though... absolutely absurd. Your bank should not be a barrier to you closing on a house.

I went in looking to open a bank account. I was welcomed by the front desk. And shortly met with the manager Tom. Tom showed great leadership, and compassion for his job. I really liked the culture his branch have with each other and there customer servise. very smart people I want to Thank you Tom for making Everything non stressful for me.

I'm not a direct customer. However, I do a monthly deposit into a professional colleague's account. I have two items required to complete that transaction: Her name and her account #. I do not have, nor need, her street address. The BofA customer service is rarely warm, usually passably curt and to the point. Occasionally, they're a bit brusque about the lack of address, but it doesn't take a genius to know that it's not necessary, and might present a privacy or security issue for the account holder. But, being BoA, they're abjectly clueless. But then they take the three seconds to look up her address because THEY actually have it and I don't. Other than a bit of BofA attitude, problem solved. Today, my wife made the deposit for me. She was subjected to condescending, rude and PUBLIC treatment by the surly primate behind the counter. This, of course, is par for the course, and the reason why I'll never again be a customer of BofA. They don't even care enough to hire people with skills. I walk across the street to Umpqua Bank every time. Outstanding service.

My wife and I have a joint account that this bank and I stopped in to cash a check. I did not have my ATM card and they found a way to cash the check anyway. The teller was very kind and helpful

Closed on Saturdays?! Who on earth was dumb enough to sign off on that. The manager should be fired. This is outrageous. I’m definitely closing my account at this worthless banking institution. And if your never open when I’m not working, that makes you completely worthless to me.

All the Tellers here are very helpful & friendly except the blonde with the shorter hair, heavier set. Even though I write my account number on my deposit slip and show my account card, she crossed my account number out saying it wasnt written good enough. She seems like she hates her job, she shouldn't take it out on the customers. All the other Tellers are great & friendly.

No customer service. I was told I would have to make an appointment to speak to the manager as she sat at her desk with nothing being done. She mentioned she was "waiting" for a customer who made an appointment. I waited but the customer never showed up. She did the same thing to me 2 more times and also to my Grandson. Exact same thing "waiting for a customer for another 10 minutes" Customer never showed up. No drive up is a disgrace! Time to change banks!

Really nice bank clerks and I feel like it is never really busy which is nice. They are also open on Saturday's!

By far the worst bank ..........total disregard for customers
