Wow! What can I say about Michele Berman? First off, her personality was/is always on 10, which I loved. I wasn't going to answer my phone the day she called me, but I am super glad that I did. I didn't have any plan on refinancing my home, but she made me feel so comfortable in doing so. Within two days, she had all the numbers and she answered all my questions. I'm so happy with the way our refinance was handled. first beginning with Alika our Loan Consultant, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and kept me in the loop the entire time. I worked with David N. I contacted him because I was looking to refinance. From day one, he never pressured me or made me feel like I had to do something. He was so informative and super friendly. I did decide to go ahead with the refinance.I was not in the same town as him, but I cannot tell you how much he stayed in contact with me through the entire process. I recieved a letter in the mail reaching out about refinancing my house. It was the best choice I made within the month of July. Julia was the senior loan assistant and was outstanding!
