ACE Cash Express FM 1382, Cedar Hill

I went in to cash some checks that can’t from Prudential and I was immediately tested like a scammer or fraudster. He first stated what kind of checks are these.. they clearly say prudential and i said I cashed out my 401k and these have been trickling in and the amounts were small so I had not decided to cash them until I received this last one. He kept looking at the checks flipping them over and said buy some of these are fork January and I once again explained that I didn’t deposit them at the time because the amounts were minute. After I reached this last one that one for over a hundred dollars I was going to deposit them into my NFCU bank acct but it’s firm. He literally said point blank that he could not cash my checks. I dint know if it was because I am black or what… if they have cameras I told him you act like I’m a scammer.. I’m a nurse with a new Lexus truth and he said he wouldn’t cash my checks. I’m reporting this to corporate and on my popular social media page!

I went to ace just to cash a check and get a money order and I was greeted by a warm voice and smiling face I was upset first check and I had to cash it I was livid . I believe the woman her name was lakendra was so sweet and made the whole experience very pleasurable it was so easy speaking with her and also very knowledgeable. I will make it my business to visit this store just for my money orders with customer service like that you forget its a business .

I went in there was a new lady Lakendra that gave me impeccable customer service. She greeted me with a friendly welcome that I haven’t experienced in years of patronizing. Good job ACE on hiring someone who wants to be at work !!!!!!!

If I could give this location a negative 0 I would. I stopped by this location for the first time today to cash a payroll check. I was served by a young lady who already appeared to be in a not so good mood, but I did not let that stop me from continuing to give the location my business. I was advised that additional verification would be needed in order to cash my check; which was perfectly ok. The woman proceeded to ask me for my full social security number, my job title and although the check specifically showed it was from a business she again proceeded to ask me what the payment was for. I was told the reason she asked all of these questions was because her manager wanted to know. I have no idea if she actually called a manger, I am definitely filing a corporate and BBB complaint on this particular location. I ended up leaving and simply using my Ace mobile app where I was able to take a picture of the check, have it approved and in my account all in less than 10 minutes. I am not sure if she has a habit of collecting personal information although she did not cash my check, this incident definitely has to be investigated.

The woman was extremely rude and unprofessional and cursed me out in front of my small child. She tried to withhold my belongings also. She then put a hold on my check preventing me from cashing it for 2 days. I would recommend if you need your check cashed, staying as far away from the Cedar Hill location as possible. District Manager was very nice and professional.

When you receive this type of customer service it make you feel like a special person Rachel is the best, she deserves many blessing, again thanks for your great service😊😊😊😊😊
