I give 5 starts because This was my very first time coming here and the customer service is outstanding, Macaley was so sweet and very helpful. Usually people don’t greet but she made me feel very welcomed with her greeting but also her assistance. I didn’t know where I could cash my check but I am very happy that I found this place also she’s a very good salesperson she talk me into getting a debit card usually I would turn stuff down but I couldn’t resist because of all the benefits she explained to me about the card, and just because of how amazing her customer service is if you are in the area this is one of the best check cashing place ever you will not be disappointed

I just moved and I found a card of mine that had money on it; but, to make a long story short, I was not able to use the card. On Monday I was on the phone 2 hours with corporate trying to get them where I could get to my money but I had no success. It was so frustrating!!! So I decided to go into this location and I met Diamond. She listened to my story and she was able communicate my situation and get to the right person. We got everything resolved within 20 minutes. Thank you Diamond for your empathy and wisdom. I appreciate your smile and good energy!! YOU ARE A💎 AND AN EARTH ANGEL! GOD BLESS YOU.

DeJaun was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond to help me get money orders for my rent. He was friendly, courteous, mad sure that I had an amazing experience trying to get me my money orders. He is a wonderful employer and I think he needs a raise!!!! I will come back to do business with DeJaun anytime!!

Dena went above and beyond for me at this location. She was fast and efficient. After a few hiccups she did what was neccessary to get my service prompt and secure! Thank you Dena! 💜 Then I went back a month later and the pregnant girl was the worst and couldn't help me one single bit and didn't act like she wanted to help. Just wanted me gone so she could play on her phone. I rated 2 stars because there WAS a good employee but she isn't there now.

I love this Location i stopped in today and the customer service was everything Ms. Danielle went above and beyond to assist me... i will continue to refer others to this location... Keep up the good work..!!!

Considering this was my first time coming to this location, I had the tremendous pleasure of working with Ms. Sherri. I was already frustrated with the few money gram locations that couldn’t help me, but she was exceptionally pleasant. She went far above and beyond with her outstanding customer service and patience. Her professionalism was way better than I could have ever expected. You now have a guaranteed customer for life.

I must say out of all the times I have came to cash my check I’ve never experienced the most amazing service as I did today with Danielle! It’s hard for me to comprehend somethings and people get very annoyed with me but she was so pleasant and nice and kept telling me to take my times as we kept starting over.

Sherri at this location is on point .. she is patient and was very efficient.. if I could give 10 stars I would .. Definitely knows her job and GREAT AT WHAT SHE DOES
