When I walked in the taller man seemed very nice and energetic. unfortunately the guy I dealt with was very rude. I’m a very easy person, all I needed was a yes or no. No extra unnecessary rude comments. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with the short man.

I love this store! Always amazing finds & AWESOME customer service from one of the employees Tammy. She makes shopping here easy, fun, and definitely makes me want to spend all of my money. Value pawn is lucky to have an employee like herself!

Was looking to spend some extra cash just because I had nothing better to do and got some of the worst customer service ever. Didn’t even get the guys name but he is the tall heavy set black guy. Line was to the door witch in normal at this location a lot of people go there it’s a great location. so that wasn’t a big deal, but when I wait in line for over half an hour. Ask a question about making a purchase of an item in a locked case that I wanted to hold and exam before purchase. Dude just come to the counter when you ready to buy it don’t seem like the appropriate thing to tell someone.
