Toni has always been awesome and very kind!! This place has agents that try to help you, they’re not stuck up and have attitudes like the other loan places. This is an honest review. My husband and I have been here twice when times got hard and it was a fast and easy process to get a loan.

My Ace experience was at the one on Western Ave in Avondale. The employees are nice and get people in and out quickly. The absolute best employee there is Toni. She always has a smile for you. Is so kind and friendly to everyone. She cares enough to remember her customers faces, and calls us by name each time we go there. She totally makes the Ace experience enjoyable.

Toni is very helpful with all my questionsand concerns. She is always a pleasant person to work with and is very informative of all services available to my needs. She's amazing!

Toni was an exceptional help. I need something out of the ordinary and she was able to do it. With out her help I would be broke with nowhere to cash my check untill Monday. Went to this location for my first time and Tony was nice enough to count my money without complaining and was super sweet ! Definitely coming here again rather than the one on Indian where they complained about counting my money even though I do bank through cash express ! I can't honestly say anything negative about this store. Toni (manager) is honestly the best. She is professional, courteous, understanding, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I've used other stores and companies in the past for my financial needs, and hands down Toni has been the best to work with. She's been in the business a very long time and it shows in how she manages her store and employees. They are all warm and professional, they take an honest vested interest in your life and struggles. You'll never feel judged or less than they will always do everything possible to work with you. I wish more businesses ran things the way they do here.

Toni was so awesome and friendly. She took care of me while on the phone with coworker from another store helping her, she had new employee there training him. She made multi-tasking look easy-breezy while being friendly and professional. I will definitely keep going back there for all my check cashing needs. She was the best!!
