    I needed a Septa Card for my son. I called abs spoke to the very pleasant and professional Ms. Fredericka. She told me the process and I went to purchase the card. She was just as pleasant and professional in person. It’s sad that we don’t expect good customer service anymore and when we receive it we are pleasantly surprised.     I think that lady name is Fredericka,. She does an great job with everyone. She’s really nice and pleasant. There was a lady that came in very rude and was using bad language and Fredericka still remained professional. Great to see people still have good customer service.
