The girl behind the counter spent 15 minutes looking at my check like she had never seen a check before in her life. After asking me where I got the check I told her the payday loan place across the street, which she had to look up even though it's less than 200 feet away from their location. After 20 minutes she calls her boss and they're talking on the phone like it's obviously a fraudulent check (Still right in front of me) and her response as to why she won't cash it, there's just too much going on. WHAT? there's just too much going on because of the font that they printed the check with. Haha this girl and her supervisor are doing a great job if not making money from cashing checks is your companies business model. Never visit here again.

The worst service I have ever experienced! Ameena was rude, ghetto and was disrespectful of the man in front of me and his privacy. She had to call her manager for everything to ask questions and got upset at me for helping her and telling her what to do because she was wasting my time. She became irate and refused to cash my money order! Horrible customer s3rv8ce skills and knowledge of her job!

Going here? What's the matter with you? Woke up today and decided you need more problems in your life? DON'T GO HERE unless you just like to give away the little bit of money you have. This is legal loan sharking and they will destroy your ability to ever get ahead. Borrow from friends, family or get an advance at work. Call the credit card company and ask them to help. This place will ruin you.

This will be short and sweet if you need to cash a check go to King Soopers go to Safeway go somewhere else than here the employee there is completely out of line with his power and is completely rude and I personally will never walk in there again

Niese handled my transaction wonderfully I saw her handle over 20 people very swiftly and professionally. I will definitely come come back for any other money transaction solely on the fact that she was just a very pleasant proficient representative of ace .

Got a loan but realized i didn't need it. On their website it says repay within 72 hours and pay nothing more. The lady charged me 37 cents. Not really a huge deal, but definitely makes this place untruthful. Hope they don't spend it all in one place. She didn't even tell me why she charged me the money.... nor did she give me a receipt for my payment.

been going there for awhile, and most things have been great, but i always seem to get the one lady that acts so put out to have to do basic tasks. she really seems to hate the job lol.
