When I originally arrived there was a few people ahead of me but the teller took there service quickly and efficiently. She was very nice, greeted me very friendly and told everyone to enjoy their days. She thinks of the customers just to ensure great hospitality. I would come here if I ever needed to cash checks, they are fast and efficient and very friendly and thoughtful.

Melania was absolutely the best....been waiting a month for my tax refund and she was very knowledgeable and quick. Great multi-tasker. New York's best!!!

There was only one teller on a Tuesday evening, line was out the door and the fee they charge to cash a check is outrageous! I usually go to Walmart but my local Walmart was having technical difficulties. $3-$6 Walmart charges, Ace charged me $36 to cash a $900 check. Bogus.

Ms. Carolyn was amazing she cashed my moms check fast and efficiently. She helped my mom get a card for her paycheck. Will definitely be returning to this cash checking place. If you need to get your check cashed you should definitely go to this cash checking place. We had been to other places that could not cash the check.. This was the best was the best customer service of all the places that we went today. Thanks again.. .

It was a Male bank teller there today. Young black male. Today is 3/21/22 and it’s now 6:45pm. He’s still there until 7pm. He was so rude. He didn’t even greet me when I came in. I said “Hello” and he continued counting money. It was a contractor there working on the front door. I’m sure he witnessed everything that was said. I told the male teller that I received an Elite card in the mail I had already had a flare account but my card was cracked and I needed a new one. He said “ I don’t know what you done did” . I said isn’t that the same company though and he corrected me and said “bank” which I’m sure he knew I was talking about the cards coming from the same bank. I was asking him was it the same account or two separate accounts. A customer end up telling me he received a card too but just never activated it. The teller told me to activate my new card and I thought he wanted me to stay inside the bank to make sure everything was activated ok, when I told him I was done and the card was now activated and he just shrugged his shoulders and looked at me like I was crazy. I have no idea what his issue is. If he don’t want to work with the public then why work at the bank as a teller? Don’t bring that negative energy around other people just coming in trying to take care of their business.

Carolyn is the best. I cash my checks here quite often and she’s normally always my teller she is miraculous. I love her energy it never changes regardless of what’s thrown her way. If she isn’t the boss she should be because she runs that store probably with her eyes closed.

I have coming to this checking place for years Carolyn is always here she is amazing always trying to help all her customers to get there business done she does what ever it takes to help her customers
