ACE Cash Express Washington Ave, Carnegie

We really appreciate the good service that we got from the Carnegie store the only guy working there was very professional and he was easy to talk to and understanding and he follows procedure he did everything he needed to do in order to cash our check we couldn't get it cashed anywhere else due to the amount so he was able to call and verify that the check was good and that there was no stops on it he definitely knew what he was doing and the store was very clean and for the only person there at the time he did a very good job I recommend the store and him to anyone thank you for all you do.

Employees are nice, quick and knowledgeable. If you plan to do a money order bring a bit more than the required amount IN cash. The card fees are obviously not great/avoidable. Great place!

I went to the store today in Carnegie pa to load money onto my husbands cards and the young lady named Pauline was there and helped me Open up a flare account for myself which she walked me through with everything I needed to know! She was VERY knowledgeable and helped me understand everything! There should be more people like her ! I had bad experiences in there numerous times with other workers who didn’t seem to care about anything but getting me out the door! Thank you Pauline for everything you did !!!! 😀

I used ACE Cash Express for the first time today and the amazing manager Mae made my experience very pleasant. She was warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She exemplified and exceeded my expectations as a manager with her customer service skills alone. This woman is not only an outstanding person but a phenomenal manager. She was very helpful and understanding.
