We closed on a property we purchased at this office last year. We actually chose this company for the transaction, paid for the title work, all closing costs, etc, and were treated poorly by the staff. We are now in a position to choose a title company again for 3 more transactions, and we will not go with this company again due to their unprofessional attitude. We do not feel entitled to "special treatment" by anyone, but we do expect to be treated with respect.
