Accurate title was extremely easy to work with and I'm happy to have El work with them on my mortgage paperwork. They made it dumbed down for me to understand. They gave me my time to read wherever i felt needed more understanding and answered questions I had pertaining to the things in which i read. Fantastic people

Love the atmosphere and the food is delicious. Vanessa is always pleasant behind the bar. Great food and drink. The food tastes homemade, fresh and made with good quality ingredients. We live in the neighborhood and walk over often. You can dress up or down and still feel comfortable there.

No one like to refinance and to sign all those papers but ultimately we have to. A few years ago my Wife and I refinanced at a different company and it was a disaster there was missing paperwork and confusion in the office that they sent us home with out signing the paperwork and then called us back 20mins later to say they where wrong and the paper work was complete and they are ready for us. It was the worst experience. Now take it today with Accurate Title they where so professional they made sure we where informed thru out there whole part of the refinancing. We went to the office to fill out all the paper work. Brittany F was amazing she explained every piece of paper and was able to keep it fun and interesting. I will always use Accurate Title for any purchases or refinancing and hope we have Brittany every time.

Excellent service and very fair pricing. I did my closing with out a buyer broker and worked directly with them, and they were very approachable and took care of everything. All you have to do is get these folks the documentation they need, and they take care of the rest. They drive the communication and make sure that all parties are on the same page with everything, especially with scheduling, since that can be tricky with 3 parties involved. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to share my positive experience with the community. while the closing through accurate title was smooth and professional, It was what happened two months after closing that prompted the 5 star review. the HOA management company tried to charge our account nearly $400 dollars for their own accounting mistakes made before we purchased the home. Accurate Title was quick to help, sending over needed documents and communicating with the management company to straighten things out. Above and beyond service!
