Had to deal with this company for the closing on my commercial property. This was not my choice but had to use them because of the bank I used. Very expensive for not much service. Also very unprofessional and didn’t explain much. As they’re a title closing company messed up with my title of my property and I ended up with less property then the mls listing. When I explained this to them I was told they checked the title but not the mls listing. She told me they never go by the mls listing. I then was hung up on. I would think they should double check everything! So now I have less land and a property worth less. In this case you don’t get what you pay for. I have learned a valuable lesson here. Use a closing company you choose and hire an attorney you trust to double check everything. Good luck if anyone uses them. Oh and the woman Stephane sounds like she should be working as a lifeguard at a beach in like oh my god California! Sorry but it’s true.

I have worked with many home buyers and Summit Title has always been one of my go to title companies for them. Their communication throughout the entire process is great. The staff is friendly and customer service is second to none. I continue to highly recommend to all home buyers and have used Summit Title several times on my personal purchase or refinances.

Thought the handling of closing on sale of home was not handled well at all. Title company seemed lost on basic things, waited until last minute to get pay offs despite knowing lenders often require 24-48 hours, fumbled in how to get authorizations for payoffs with lender, failed to have all documents signed at closing, even failed such simple and important steps like checking my identification as no one even asked for it in a parking lot closing. Seems like some fundamental issues that should never be overlooked in a closing.
