She is dogged in her pursuit of a perfect file to submit to underwriting. Therefore, approval comes back quickly because she has done her job on the first round. She usually answers her phone on the first ring, which is astounding. You can hear her smile through the phone when you listen carefully. Right through the phone, there's Monica's smile.
