Bank of America Financial Center Capitola Rd, Capitola

Having now spent 3 lunch breaks waiting in line just to attempt to get quarters and the service has taken so long every time my lunch break has ended first. Either this branch is severely understaffed or severely undertrained. But as one of the few locations in the area open there’s no other option unless I switch banks, which if these conditions last I very well may.

VERY VERY VERY SLOW ! ONE TELLER AT THE CAPITOLA BRANCH on a Friday , LADY WALKING AROUND WAS ROOD TO AN OLDER GENTLEMAN IN LINE BEHIND ME ! GUESS THIS IS THE NEW GENERATION HARD AT WORK ! SERVICE IS NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE, the excuse is everyone is in training , ,

Heard from local news that the banks front ATM had a card skimmer in it, didn't get an alert from the bank or anything. I had used the ATM the day before the skimmer was found. If they can't keep our accounts secure what's the point of having a bank..

August 2021……This is a terrible bank and 'my bad' for not switching banks. Long lines, slow service, some branches still closed after the pandemic (i.e. Aptos). This kicker was their PPP process. We applied for the SBA PPP loan in Jan 2021. After months of going back and forth and submitting various forms, tax documents, income statements, etc we were turned down!! No reason. We then went through a local credit union(SCCCU) and rec'd the PPP loan in less than a week! Shame on BoA!

This bank is the worst ever! The tellers are rude,the bank will ruin your life if your not rich. Please please remove all your funds and get away from BOA and never look back.

Worst bank branch I've ever been in. There's 7 employees on site and only the new one is working. Very few people in line and they're making them all wait out in the cold. It took 45 mins just to get from the first spot in line to the counter. I'm going to move my finances to the credit union where they respect their depositors.

We were not satisfied with our service if bank was open on Sat we need not rush in traffic since river street bank is closed coming all way from davenport to Capitola before 5 pm

This is one of the worst boa branches. Long wait times and sketchy service. I had a question about our acct and was told i need to speak with one there managers. The appt would be 1 week later!! What an inconvenience. Signed Steve 50 yr BoA customer!

I've been banking here since my first checking account and unfortunately the last few years have seen a big decline in customer service, wait time, and basically just unhelpful and untrained staff. It used to be fast and friendly, I became acquainted with the staff as a community, but now they are so understaffed and rude that I go elsewhere if at all possible. Now they're closed and the only open branch is the tiny Aptos branch? I've always had great experiences at that branch but how can it handle all of Santa Cruz county? Looks like time to take my business to another bank.

Really liked this branch until today when I was in line for over an hour to be helped. Looks like they have done what all the other branches have done is cut back on staff so now they cannot accommodate their business customers on a timely basis. Business people cannot leave their offices for over an hour just to do deposits! Come on guys smarten up and employee more people so you can provide adequate service for your customers. One teller doesnt cut it especially when she is slow. You need to do something before customers like us leave you because you cannot employ enough people to do your job! Bad business model!
