I initially sought assistance from another mortgage company when I began the process of purchasing my home. However, I was met with rudeness, uncertainties, and they lacked professionalism. A few days after I stopped the process with that mortgage company, I was referred to Gabe Carraway at Academy Mortgage. Instantly, he put my mind at ease and assured me that he was more than willing to help me through the process from start to finish. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or doubt him because he thoroughly communicated every step of the process.
