    Amazing service by the folks in Hallmark Hyundai North, a few days after the Santa Cruz was in transit on the website I reached out and Mr. Chris helped me with the sale, he put me in contact with accounting immediately, I paid my deposit and I was sure that when the truck got to the dealership I knew it was mine, couple weeks later Mr. Chris called me and said she is here! I couldn't get off work before 5 and I had to drive a couple hours to get there and they all waited for us to make it there after hours, took it for a test drive while they prepared the documents, everything was done as we spoke over the phone and drove off the lot with the truck I picked just that easy, I would recommend reaching out to Chris if you are looking for a vehicle, he was awesome to deal with as well as everybody else in the dealership.

    My poor rating is based on the lack of communication from the service department. My vehicle was due a recall related repair that took over six months to complete. I understand delays due to short staffing, waiting on parts/supplies, and a backlog of vehicles needing service. But not once did someone from the dealership call me to let me know the status of my vehicle. A simple "we haven't forgotten about you" phone call would have been appreciated. When calling the service department, often the line just rings and rings and rings. Did I expect a quick turnaround when they have dozens of vehicles needing repair? No. Did I expect a call every six weeks or so to let me know where I was in the process? Yes.

    I purchased my vehicle from this location in 2019. Hyundai has issued a warranty extension for door handles and I have been trying for over four months to speak with someone in service. I was able to make an appt. but when I needed to verify I could not get anyone on the phone. I even went as far as to contact the sales department and ask them to help me. I am sure they did try to help me but I was still unable to speak with anyone. I understand the new situation that we are in as it relates to employees but I wonder how they can stay open if you can't make appts with them to get your cars repaired. Imagine if they did repair it but did it incorrectly, you would be unable to contact them to let them know.

    The Hyundai hallmark north is by far the best dealership I have been to since the pandemic.They have by far the largest selection of New automobiles.Make sure you ask for Yaun Nichols might misspelled his name but they will know who he is. He helped me along with Leo get in the car I wanted at the price I wanted

    I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Filled out the offer and financing paperwork online. It was advertised at 0% financing on Hyundai website, dealer website, and was emailed to me as an offer on the vehicle I wanted. The dealership refused to honor it-telling me the fine print said “subject to change”. The salesman, Yuan Nichols was rude. I purchased the exact same vehicle at a different dealership with the 0% the next day. Do not buy from here. Take your business elsewhere where people don’t try to take advantage of you.

As the dealership, we are not able to change Hyundai Motor Finances low APR rates and are only able to give customers the incentivized rates on our rate sheet that we sent you and that the manufacturer gives to us. Your local dealer should have the same rates as we do, but I can only speak to our region and what the incentive sheet the manufacturer gives us as a dealer and unfortunately it does not have 0% for any term on a 2021 Hyundai Palisade.     My wife and I had a good experience purchasing our 2021 Hyundai Palisade recently. The showroom was clean and pleasantly arranged. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and was not pushy or aggressive at all. She did not rush us to make decisions either. After purchasing the vehicle, she took the time to hook up the Bluetooth to our cellphones and walked us through all aspects of the vehicle to familiarize us to the various features.

    Was treated very poorly here, drove up 2 hours to look at a car we where planning to buy that they sent us a bid for that showed car had only 30163. We arrived and saw that the paint on bumper was coming off and ask if they would use touch up paint to fix it and they told us they could sell us some for us to do it ourselves; which to me was a very bad start , so we got in the car and cranked it and was shown that the car had 37167 more than 7000 miles on it, yuan who was the person who we where meeting said it must of been and error, but 7000 miles is a big error, on the website as well they falsely advertised the miles where 30163; which was misleading, as well as before we got there we where told they where cleaning the car, there was coffee like liquid spilled on the dash board and on passenger side car, which was very disappointing, when the sales manager was confronted we where told that he wasn’t going to sell us the car anymore because he said he wasn’t a liar, even though the cars mileage was advertised very wrong. The sad thing was we had come so far and had already had thousands ready to put down and our bank financing ready to purchase but we where treated poorly and lied to and then where told we couldn’t buy the car.

Yuan was an excellent salesman who searched for exactly what I wanted for weeks and made the entire process the easiest I’ve ever experienced.     I am being gracious as far as my experience and if you do buy a vehicle and finance it with Hyundai Finance,, good luck if you are in an accident that needs something called a letter of guarantee so your insurance you are with can pay them..took 3 months for my insurance agent and myself calling all the time, finally I had to tell them the next call would be from my attorney, costs my credit score 89 points!!!! I decided to change my rating with Wilson Premiere of Ridgeland, Ms.for the way Kim, one of the salespeople there, took what was my personal experience very,very seriously, even went to the trouble of telling the Head Manager there, Bob Morgan, who then took a special interest in what had upset me...but, just know you are in the best hands possible if in the market for a new Hyundai, whatever your choice, will have many, many to choose from and different packages of each vehicle...is simply irresistible not to check out each and every one!!! But, can't thank Kim enough..she's the very,very best of best of that industry I have ever met..and having going through the adolescent years on through the empty nest, and my self, occasionally as well , have been to many dealerships throughout the area of South Louisiana, now in Hinds and Madison - Ridgeland area..can't say enough of the good about Kim..and Bob, you will not be disappointed!!

    Update: I have the right place. I think I know where I have given my business to and where. Original Review Service Center is 98% delayed whether you have an appointment or not. They have a huge turnover with service desk personnel as I have been coming here eversince they were located in Canton. Since they moved to Ridgeland, customer service has constantly and speedily been on the decline. They were going to charge me for a light bulb just to check my lights. I declined. I came for new brakes they gave me a price and put it on Themselves to charge me an extra $100+ service that I did not request. I asked to speak to the Manger who I really don't think it was the manager and he acted as if they did nothing wrong and chose not to correct the issue. They did a poor job as they left air in my brake lines causing them to slip and not operate properly. I have been there for 3 hrs only for an oil change and this was before covid. So no excuses for that. They have been terrible!!!!

    DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. Pure trash. I don’t know if it was because I’m a female or because they need the money. They tell me that all these things are wrong with my car. Give me a dollar amount of parts and labor. However, they wouldn’t give me a copy of the paper that had all of the things wrong along with price. I guess they wouldn’t give it to me so I’d have to come back. I WONT EVER BE BACK THERE. I’ll take it elsewhere as needed. It’s under new management and has new staff. They are horrible. I was there two hours for an oil change and part recall. The old Wilson Premier was much better.

    My check engine light came on Sunday 05/22/2022. I went to the dealership first thing Monday morning 05/23/2022 about the check engine that on recall( software upgrad knock sensor detection system) by Hyundai. The service advisor asked did I have an appointment and I stated no my check engine light is on and the brochure stated to bring the vehicle immediately. The service advisor stated that I can make an appointment but ther opening for this week and service is only done on Monday and Tuesday nothing after 12 o'clock. I stated my check engine light is on and her is the brochure. The service advisor stated to me that I don't have an recall. I explained to the lady a couple of months Hyundai sent this brochure out to customers. The service advisor stated that I can make an appointment for next Monday 05/30/2022 . I stated can not ride around with my check engine light on for a week. I also stated just make the appointment. The service advisor stated I do not know why my system want let me schedule an appointment for Monday 05/30/2022. She also stated let me ask why the system want let me schedule an appointment but I will put you down for Tuesday 05/31/2022. The service advisor stated I 2ill give you call. I called today 05/25/2022 to ask have the system let her change the appointments. Her respond was no, I have you scheduled for 05/31/2022. I stated that I was waiting on a call back. Service department, customer service, 24/7 roadside assistance, and even explaining all the perks to a younger customer. I was paying for stuff that I did not even know about.     This was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve ever encountered! From start to finish, they were excellent! I bought my truck within an hour and a half! Tom Grant and the Sales Manager were awesome! The finance manager was also great! He explained all of my options thoroughly. They were not pushy at all! Great job Wilson Hyundai!

    Service department was very unprofresonal they didnt wsnt too take my vin all to check to see if my bumper to bumper warrenty is still valid or not all they asked for was year and miles and rite away stated that the car is not under warrenty didnt want too even run the vin number on it so thats wrong dont reccommend this place as of 04/18/22 i offered to give the vin number to the service department but they stated to me that the vin number would not help then when i asked to speak to someone eles that is when they requested for the vin number then the service manager also stated that the warrenty status starts on the date the car was built which it does not it starts on the date of when the car is delivered to the coustmer when it was 100% new and is also transferable

She is knowledgeable and seems to want to make sure the customer is assisted to the best of her abilities. She went above and beyond to help me with get a loaner vehicle while my car is being repaired; and I really appreciate her tact and attentiveness.     At Wilson Premier, salesman, Yuan Nichols greeted me at door, took down what I was looking for in a car, and five minutes later I test driving my car. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata Limited. Beautiful gray and rugged tan color on inside that is pleasant on your eyes on those long trips. With the heated seats for winter and cool for the summer am ready for any season! What I like most about the Sonata is the safety features; my blind sides are covered all around. At the red ling, I forget drive on, I get a note on my car telling me that the car in front of me has move. What! What car does that. Airbags only deploys where needed. And for that long drive, I have Bose sound to keep me grooving on the rode. This is my second Hyundai. Call me Happy!

    Service Department helped make a bad situation so much better! Our Hyundai Veracruz with camper in tow broke down near Tullulah, LA. According to my phone, Jackson, MS had the closest Hyundai dealer, and Wilson Premier had good reviews. Our car and camper were towed to Wilson Sunday night, we caught a ride to Vicksburg, and Monday morning caught an Uber to Wilson Premier. Understanding that it was a Monday morning, and they were slammed, service manager Greg did his best to get me in as soon as possible. Sadly, a new fuel pump was not in stock, so our only choice was to leave the car and camper, rent a vehicle, cancel our campground reservations, find a hotel in Gulf shores, and drive the rental down. Greg fixed us up with a local rental dealer at a very good price, then he even took me personally to pick up the rental. We ended up spending at least 2 hours there in the waiting room; staff was very cordial and checked on us frequently. Even the tech took time to talk to me and listen to details of the breakdown. After leaving Gulf shores, we picked up our repaired Veracruz, hooked up the camper, and headed home with no issues. The price was a little steep, but most of that was the actual fuel pump itself. The labor cost was surprisingly low.! We may never have the chance to take our business to Wilson again, but our experience was super. They helped turn what started out as a disastrous beginning to our vacation into something much better than it could have been.

    I purchased a white Hyundai Tucson. I never thought I would like a white vehicle. However, when I saw the one I purchased, it was literally a love at first sight moment. Corny, I know. The grill is so sharp looking. It just looks so great. I love the trim. I really liked that it wasn't chrome. This is a great vehicle. Rides so smoothly, almost feels like gliding. The gas mileage is fantastic! I absolutely love all the safety features. I have them all activated lol. My Hyundai Tucson is just incredible.
