Maria at the 72nd and Sheridan location is awesome! My fiancee and I went to combine our accounts and Maria couldn't have been more helpful. She made the process very easy for us was very friendly and told us when to come back to see her to pick up our new cards. If I could give 0 stars I would they are the worst bank you could ever ask for. They pick an choose what dates they decide to run things on your card so they could charge overdraft paid rent an when I look at my transaction statement s they said I paid my rent 7 days after I really paid it an it was electronic so not a check no reason it should've taken that long to come out of my bank account. I disputed a charge that was not authorized by me or husband an called the place who charged our card an they said it was for someone who was not us an they still tried to recharge us the money an they charged a 35!dollar fee to return us our money that was a fraudulent charge in the first place.

This branch has an outstanding rating every time I come to this they are more than helpful and always so willing to help me in any situation that I'm a full-time withdrawals deposits that even cash in my money orders always there to help me in any means that I need give them a new re make sure you give these guys a gift card every one of them
