Their technology is ten years old and they are slow and unresponsive. Simple password reset and account unlock requires you to call them and wait an hour on hold Monday through Friday, so if you are locked out on Saturday night you are out of luck till next Monday (and naturally their are very busy Monday mornings from all the poor soles who got locked out over the weekend calling trying to access their money). Update: I was contacted by one of the members of the customer relation team willing to help me out so I updated the rating to 5 stars. Even though you still won't be able to get anyone on the phone on a weekend I think it is admirable that the business is paying attention to these reviews.

I currently have an auto loan with Partner. I recently purchased a new vehicle and when I was shopping, I reached out to partner to apply for a private party loan. I had my car picked out, all the info and VIN ready. It was so difficult to speak with someone. I finally was funneled to speaking with someone who said they could help. She did not listen when I told her I had the vehicle picked out, but she did ask me for all my financial records. The communication was severely lacking despite my patience. She would send me one email a day asking for more documents, I would send them right over to her but wouldn’t hear anything until the next day when she would ask for something else. I left many voicemails that went unanswered, it was really difficult to talk to someone. She eventually asks for the vin, she can’t find it in her system so she keeps telling me to check the vin. I send her a photo of the vin and she realizes it’s technically a commercial van. I did not know it had that classification, but I did know all the other details about the car. She gets me to a commercial loan person who instantly tells me it has too many miles to even be considered. This whole uncomfortable and anxiety provoking experience did not need to happen. She unnecessarily ran my credit to get me pre-approved for a car she couldn’t even help me with. When I asked to speak to a superior, my request was left unanswered. This credit Union wasted a week and a half of my time, unnecessarily ran my credit and was incredibly frustrating to work with. I highly suggest you do business elsewhere.
It is unfortunate we were unable to assist you with your financing. Sometimes final approvals can not happen until we have all the necessary documents and information. Left $45.00 in a savings account at Partner Colorado Credit Union and they took it in $5.00 monthly fees saying I had a low balance. Funny thing is my balance amount was fine for two years before that so whY changed. They also stopped sending me statements when they decided to just take my money. Your money is not safe here.

Partner Colorado has been charging the low balance fee since 2008 and the information can be found in the Account Agreement Book or if your account was opened prior to 2008 an addendum was mailed to all members. Not an institution to use if you’re looking for guidance and education on your financial well being. I can find more in depth and accurate answers doing my own research than asking their so called experts. While the tellers tended to be very genuine and personable, anything beyond that wasn’t worth the time spent trying to get in touch with them.They also don’t seem to value their long term account holders and you can find much better interest rates (loan and on your checking accounts) pretty much anywhere else. There’s no reason for me to do all of the work while they just complicate things when other institutions provide much better all around service.

They will charge overdraft fees even with a positive balance. Not helpful and will say they can’t reverse fees and make up excuses as to why it happened. Not lgbtq+ friendly. They also like to open and close accounts without your permission. Highly do not recommend these crooks

Great credit union, I have had two car loans through them now and every step of the way has been as easy as can be. JP was the gentleman that helped me this last time I was in, and he got what I thought would take at least 30 minutes to an hour done in about 10 minutes. What a great team, at this location and the others I have visited. I will definitely keep going back for whatever banking or loan needs I may have. And suggest their survives to anywhere because I am confident they will take as good of care of them as they have me.

Only reason I still use this bank is because of family members who have accounts here too for ease of access switching money around between our accounts. The negative experiences far outweigh the positive ones I've had here. A few that have stuck out, driving up to do the drive up banking at 11:55 when the bank closes at 12 and having an employee literally yell, "WE ARE CLOSED" from the intercom before I even finish pulling up. If you are closed an ideal way of communicating that would be to turn off your "open" signs on your drive up rather than yelling at me. Another would be calling the help line when I was directed to from their online website. An employee answered asking how they may help me and when I told them my problem, the very first thing I heard was, "oh god" whispered in annoyance under their breath. I've always been told credit unions are better than large bank companies. With this bank that doesn't appear to be true. Their locations are few, they will always charge you a fee when using debit even if you don't take money out, and their customer service has always met me with attitude and annoyance. Their "perks" seem far and few in between for this to be worth the effort. Between rude experiences and constant mistakes being made from employees when handling my family members and my bank accounts, I will most likely be moving banks and taking my family's accounts along with me soon.

I called to get my payoff for my camper. I got 2 different amounts. I told them I would driver down Saturday to pick up my title and pay off my loan. After driving 29 miles one way. They pulled the wrong title. The branch manager (that was not the manager) promised she would overnight my title Monday. Monday I called and never got an answer on how it would be sent either Fed Ex or overnight mail. Tuesday the fake manager refused to call me back. She put my title in the regular mail. After leaving 3 messages she never called back. Here it is Friday and I still have no title. My buyers cannot get plates to go camping. Wish I could give negative stars. IF YOU VALUE TIME AND YOUR MONEY. DON'T USE THIS CREDIT UNION. I have closed my account after 5 years. And will NEVER use them again.

I accidentally left my debit card in the ATM outside... When I realized an hour later at a different store and called to retrieve it I was informed all cards are destroyed as soon as they are retrieved unless it's their own branches card. I bank at an out of state credit union and went to their machine as they are listed as a partner branch. I will never open an account with them after this unprofessionalism and will not be using their services again.

Horrible bank to work with. Customer service is rude especially Jay. You can tell he really hates his life and takes it out on customers. Somebody please fire him or get him laid asap poor dude is struggling out here.

Such bad service. I walked in and no other customers present and literally no acknowledgment from employees still. No wonder there is no customers here they don’t want to deal with your people.

Only used them for a car loan. Customer service after the the loan was paid off was bad communication. It took 7 months to get my title after numerous calls were placed to them. I updated my address every single time and verified my email address. I most of been a one off for them and I slipped through the cracks. I don't know, but it was frustrating to have to continue to contact them about my car title after it was paid off.

Love the staff at Partners! They’re always quick with a genuine welcome and ready to assist. It’s a good feeling as many large banks are going teller-less and being replaced by automated machines. Their pleasant and professional attitude makes the overall experience positive and efficient. Don’t forget to use the drive up when in a hurry!

I've been a member of Partners for over a decade now. My wife and I have seen the name of this credit union change from Postal credit union to Eagle legacy to now Partners. We have always had good transactions here with all sorts of different people but, this is the first time I've ever wrote a review on somebody. If your ever in the neighborhood come give Paige a visit you will not be disappointed. She's very helpful and experienced. Plus she's very friendly. I definitely will be visiting this branch again. I would first like to mention that the one person that was able to help me and resolve my issue in under 20 minutes was one of the supervisors, because the CSRs were completely inadequate! I’ve been with PCCU since 2012 and the last few years the service has been absolutely awful! Absolute worst credit union ever! Atrocious customer service. You’ll be transferred multiple times, the customer service reps all say different different things and will transfer you to an automated system if they can’t figure out your issue. If your account has been suspected for fraudulent transactions good luck on if they notify you. If you call to change your personal information (address, phone number, etc.) the reps will say it’s been done, but won’t actually do it. Found that out today when I called and my new number I changed months ago wasn’t updated! I would highly suggest not even banking here. Save yourself some stress and find another credit union. After the complete hassle it took for someone to help resolve suspected fraud on my account, I will be closing my account with partners and advising the friends and family that bank there to also close. I work hard for my money and expect the entity I bank with to understand and respect that! Completely & utterly disappointed!
