Academy Bank Dahlia St, Commerce City

I do not recommend this bank to anyone that works after 5 pm this bank says it's open until 6. This is the second time I have came to the bank in the commerce city location and it was closed at 5:35pm the people that worked there walked out in front left. I feel like this bank is very inconvenient if hours are posted til 6 pm they should be open until 6 pm for people that work late.

Well I must admit I have never seen a more pathetic bank than the Academy Bank in commerce city Wal-Mart. The manager of Asian decent should choose another career. NO ! That was not a racist remark! It was a factual statement.... I did not comment on his flaming nature, nor did I recommend that he work in a fertility clinic collecting samples. I waited a while and asked if I could buy some change rolls. I was told no... Because I was not a member of that bank. Hmmm does the Treasury dept know this bank will not sell their currency. I was told it's an incentive to join their bank. Wrong... America if banks gave out free money. Wouldn't you feel more like being a member of that bank.

They are incompetent mentally dull thieves. I am talking with a DA about suing them for steal my dads inherentance I got they called the wrong bank and now refuse to work with me or the right bank. I highly recommend DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

the ladies at this branch take care of the customers always a smile and excellent customer service skills they have helped me on numerous disputes with corporate and got results. Great branch 👍

Was waiting in line it was almost closing time so I know it was a pinch but I was still there before they were supposed to be closed. They were helping someone in front of me the manager helping the customer could clearly see me waiting in line behind this person....was waiting for a while at least 5-10 mins the customer in front of me had left so I approached thinking I would be helped. Not only was I not helped the manager put the closed sign up in front of my face without saying a word. One of the worst experiences I've had trying to patronize any business tbh

Their ATM stole all of my money and all they can give me is four sheets of paper and the promise that they'll get back to me. I just got with this Bank not too long ago but after this if my issue is not resolved in a timely manner I will definitely be switching and as well as my wife. Academy Bank if you are reading this , my children literally are going hungry over your bureaucracy. Where other financial institutions step Up and take responsibility for their mistakes you sadly fail.

They Suck at banking. They're Customer Service on the phone take your money as fast as they can. When you don't Authorize a charge they take over 10. Days or longer to put it back in your in Account. Leaving them to go another bank who's fair FDIC, and won't lie to their customers!!

After opening an account I discovered I had no online access. The "banker" lol, who set up the account also choose my login code and password for me. Isn't that sweet, now I have to go through the process again. Thanks academy bank, terrible as usual.
