They charge you for overdraft of the card, in a purchase they took $30 dollars from my credit card, they had not mentioned that to me before Apart from that they cloned my card and a charge of $59 dollars came out at a gas station that I had never been to and the bank was not responsible. I do not recommend this bank at all, take care of your money

Received letter today from new credit union (old one was merged with CCCU) showing my balance $25 less. I don't use this account and just have a little bit of cash in there. I incurred an inactive fee of $25 due to not using the account within the past year. In order to maintain this account there has to be at least one transaction/deposit per year. I appreciate the heads up (albeit late), but disappointed that I am out the $25 as I will go ahead and close this down.

Never answer the phone !!! They want to charge me overdraft fees left and right I feel like it’s against banking rules maybe I should contact the banking commission

My money got transferred here at no doing by me, because my other credit union whom i'd been with for 18 years closed. I only received 1 correspondence from them in 2015 showing my balance. Then 3 years later I get a letter saying if I don't make a transaction I will be charged $25. So I go to make a transaction only to find out they had taken $75 from for the past 3 years I hadn't used my account and without telling me. What's the point of having a savings to save money if I have to use it? Completely absurd, I never received anything saying this so they just flat out stole my money.

This place is terrible! All the employees act like they hate their job! They don’t ever speak to you thru the drive thru not a word. Just collect your money and go about their day! Then I went last week and this girl was mad because my id expires this month! Okay and it’s still valid until it reaches the date! I wish there was a closer credit union to my house! If you hate your job that much go get A new one!

I have called all month of December, 2021. No one answers and no one returns messages. It is now Spring. I have changed my view! I have had so much help and now must praise the staff for their kindly working with this old woman through her problems with mobile banking. It is amazing what full staffing can do!

Too many horrible experiences to list since my former credit union merged with them. I’d rather sit at the DMV for 8 hours than bank with Community Choice again.

I used this credit union originally approx 6 years ago to get my first car because it's my dads credit union. Worst decision ever. One of my largest regrets in life so far. The customer service is awful. The loan officers are judgemental jerks... when i paid off that first loan I went to a dealership instead hoping to get away from them since they wouldn't offer me a decent car loan, even after 4 years without a single late payment. They then had the audacity to buy my car loan that they refused to offer me from the beginning. So I got stuck with them again. Tragedy struck in the hail storm in may and totaled my beloved car, and lots of other personal things happened that put me in a bad spot financially. I was pretty much forced to get a signature loan with this credit union with my dads co signature again(frustrating). Now they are charging returned mail fees even though they are the ones who messed up my address, and threatening me with collections for the equivalent of 8$ returned mail fee that I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. Oh yeah, and at the end of the phone call, she told me supposedly my payment was off to begin with by 2$, even though I called them before I even wrote my check to confirm what my payment is! It is never ending pain and misery with this awful company! Stay away!!!! In the past 7 years, I've never had a good experience. Trying to figure out how to refinance a personal loan now, just to get the hell away from these people! They will make your life miserable as well...

I have been with this credit union since God was a kid. Never had a bad experience. Somebody taught the whole crew how to listen. Very fair in all transactions. Comfortable.

My experience with cccu has been great. Letitia has been super easy to deal with and has helped me with several truck loans over the years. Their vehicle loan rates are the best I have found, 1-2% less than Bellco, and others. Overall I am very satisfied with their services.
