Recent seller experience Jsn 2018. Many docs had errors. Tried to get us to hold them harmless. Bank requested we sign errors and omission. All bunk. 8 out of 25 pages for closing had issues or we refused to sign. Beware. Don't let them take advantage of you. Hire an attorney for your closing.

My daughter and I visited the Concord, NH location to make a change to a deed. They required an original death certificate for my husband (who recently passed away) and said they would return the certificate by mail after. They did return it, but it had a pen scribble through the social security number because they took a photocopy of it. They could have used a post-it note instead of ink. They defaced the certificate rendering it unusable. I called several times about this issue, asking for a replacement certificate as I expected it returned in the same manner it was provided, and they never complied.

Very personable at my mortgage closing. Made everything easy to understand and process. I would recommend to anyone!
