Rosa was awesome! She took care of us and got us a better rate for our refinance when we were turned away from other places. When we had questions she would always give us a straight answer and if she didn't know she would figure it out and get back to us right away. The whole refinancing process is a lot of work but she made it as easy as possible for us and we are very appreciative of that.
