My debit card charges me a dollar every time I use it. Direct deposit doesn't show up till they open but on the plus side I do get paid a day early. Beware of buyer protection. I tried to file for a chargeback because I thought I was buying concert tickets with Ticketmaster and it was a another company that uses the logo which is considered a scam site by the better Business bureau and they sided with the scam site. I literally got a faded printout of an email that the scam site sent them. Supposed to receive the concert tickets I have emails from the site stating on February 5th it is now April 21st and I still have not received the tickets. All the scam sites sent was a email that said that the concert wasn't till July and that's all they had sided with them on. 88% of people win chargebacks. I will be changing Banks soon.

We joined this credit union because we planned to go through them for a mortgage and auto refinance. Based on how they’ve treated us just dealing with our checking account, we will be going somewhere else for our banking needs. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been negative. They treat you like they are doing you a favor just by depositing a check into your account. Very impersonal and condescending employees. Also you cannot call your local branch. There is only a call center and you’ll be on hold a minimum of 20 minutes.

Unbeatable service, professional, predictable, courteous. I recommend escaping the often frustrating ‘big bank’ solution and go with this relationship first, personable, trust filled option.

They wouldn’t help me out with money when I had to get new card because of fraud so now my bank is pending and haven’t removed. So now I have 0 balance and I’m stuck with no gas. They are worst bank ever. I’m going get new bank. Very disappointed!! I should have stay my old bank.

Hard to find an easier banking partner than the team at Abound Federal Credit Union in Danville, KY. Worst banking experience of my life! I'm tired of dealing with them! I've had nothing but issues on a monthly basis with them since they became abound. Constant overdraft fees because my mobile banking app does not accurately portray what is in my account, surprise charges added to my auto loan, putting a hold on my card from time to time because they do not believe that I'm the one using it even though I have called multiple times to fix the situation it still happens constantly, the customer service is terrible. I work long unpredictable hours so I never can get in to resolve the issues during normal banking hours, leaving me to wait on the phone for 30 minutes to get in touch with someone who cant even resolve my issue, or they pretend to resolve my issue only for it to happen again the next day! Please do not bank with these liars and thieves, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOU'RE ISSUE! I cannot wait to pay my loan off and get away from them for good.

There is no one to contact after this branch closes to up your daily limit on your own money. It is a Saturday at 1:45 pm and I can't buy some damn tires because of this bank.
