The person over the phone (a young man) was nice but when i came in tonight he smelled like beer and pot, my advice to you is if you want customers you will do your little weed and drink your beers when your off the clock, i am digusted and disturbed by the fact that childern come in there with their parents just to see what kind of sad life choices this young man has made especially while working

Been going there long time and tonight they lost my business for good. They act like your stuff isn't worth anything untill it gets on there shelf. Smh, I'll get the rest of my stuff out of pawn there then I'm done . I could fill 3 of there stores and make way more money and they wanna look down on me. Don't think so.

$750 for a Rifle you can buy brand new at Buds in Lexington for $500 (of course they gave a dirt low price for). Guy tells me “I can definitely negotiate the price with you”, I make him a reasonable offer and literally 2minutes later says “yeah, wouldn’t be able to go any lower than $750). Lol Not to mention I’ve spent a great deal of money at this bodega. I won’t be back.

Dan's in Danville has a friendly and helpful staff that has always helped me in any way they could, talked to me as I was their friend haggled with me as I were on pickers and in the end I always had a good time and never felt as I ever got cheated because I was the one saying sold or no sale, I've bought TVs, guns, jewelry and miscellaneous items and was pleased with all that I have ever bought from them.. kudo's to y'all! Whether the lead salesperson Phil waits on you personally, or you transact with Adam or Jesse, you WILL have a great experience at this particular location. I don't have a single complaint, and can't speak enough on how great of a relationship that the Danville, Kentucky Dan's has worked to forge with me, personally. Go there for a great deal, a unique purchase that you can't find elsewhere in town, and cordial and professional service, or go home!

Me and my husband were in Dan's Discount in Danville, Ky today and loved their great selection of guns, ammo, and accessories. Excellent prices. So happy to have this new store in our location. We will be shopping here from now on.

Never had been there before but called them off Google to see the selection of guns they had because I wanted to get my father-in-law an early gift for fathers day & stumbled upon a gun he had absolutely loved. It is a 1911 .45 Remington R1. I was able to give him the funds so he could buy himself the gun he has always wanted! The pawnshop experience was awesome. People were very knowledgeable & friendly & while I was there I was able to get my sister a very nice 10k white gold ring for her birthday because Amazon messed up my order & didnt even have her original gift in stock.

Went in yesterday to pick out a gift, walked by one employee right by the front door, he made eye contact but never acknowledged me. I go to the case with jewelry to get my wife a stocking stuffer. I started to ask the same employee if he could show me the gold bracelet in the case but before I could speak he asked if I had a mask... I told him no, that I forgot it in my hoodie I wore the day before. I did however ask him for one. He said they don’t provide customers with disposable masks and I had to leave. I said well I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere to buy a bracelet... he just looked at me and said “ok, bye” with it being this close to Christmas and they had maybe only 2 customers in their store they’d have a little better attitude. I ended up getting twice the gift right down the street from Dan’s at Exquisite Jewelers. The lady was more than happy to greet me, give me a disposable mask and treat me like a paying customer who meant something . I ended up getting a bracelet and was treated so nicely I bought a gold heart charm as well.

we were in from out of state and realized we'd left something at home. hit the couple of retail shops that might have had it, no luck. stopped by this establishment, while they didn't have it, they were personable good natured folk, and helped us brainstorm other local places that we might have luck at. we are keeping them in mind for when we are in town-- and would recommend them for sure.

Best prices around! Hunter Phil and Marvin are awesome! Always great coustomer service! These guys know what their doing! This is the nicest pawn shop I've ever been to. I will definitely be back soon to purchase another gun! :)
