ABC Title of Harvey Lapalco Blvd, Harvey

I have used ABC Title Company in the past for the DMV services they provide. The insurance agents Maria I believe one of the agents names and the other agents were very helpful and went beyond the scope of what I was originally there for. The only issue that I had was when it was time for me to pay for the services I found out that they did not take American Express credit cards. Hopefully in the future they will but on that note that I still will be a customer but I just won't use American Express. Once again thank you for your service hope to see you soon.

Debbie Hudson, was super polite and helpful. She was very reassuring and ensured I had everything I needed prior to leaving. I truly appreciated her customer service skills after a long morning it was refreshing.

Went to get my registration renewed. I signed in at the desk. Sat down waited maybe 5 mins. Was called to the back, Steven was really great. Asked him a few questions, he answered every one of them. Very professional. This whole experience took maybe 15 mins. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience yesterday at ABC Title in Harvey. I was helped by a wonderful lady with big, beautiful teeth. She was a pleasure to work with. Will be back soon!

I called and the person who answered did not state their name and was very rude. As I continued too speak, she hung up one me. Not the kind of place where I would like a document to get notarized. I called the ups store and they were very friendly and much to my surprise, they charge the same amount to get a document notarized. I know where I'm going from now on.

Vicky, Sherri, and the whole ABC Title team in Harvey where so helpful titling and registering my vehicle after an out of state purchase. Even in the wake of hurricane, they began assisting me as soon as their doors reopened. I was still located out of the state, but they were super helpful in letting me know what documents I needed to send them in order for them to complete the transaction and get my vehicle registered/titled and returned it all back to me. Very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Have used them a bunch and would highly recommend. Thanks for all the help!

I was in there today and it took less than 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby and then less than 10 minutes renewing my i.d. The employee that helped me (a dark haired guy that wore cool necklaces) was awesome! He was very efficient at his job while managing to maintain small talk with me. I highly recommend this place. What this business claims about being scary fast is absolutely true. Great Job ABC title in Harvey!

We met Rachel this morning. She was super nice, and super friendly. She was very professional. She handled our business quickly and efficiently. ABC title is really Lightning fast just like they say. Im sure its because of wonderful people like Rachel that care about the customers. Skip the lines and the aggravation of the DMV and go where its quick!

Just got off the phone with Stephen about a duplicate registration issue I was having since moving out of state. He was a lifesaver in this situation. When we did live in Belle Chasse, we always went to ABC in Harvey because it was quick and we were always in and out with no problem. I highly recommend using them.

Diana Daigle. Is outstanding. After a round around with the DMV we went to ABC and got everything done no appointment was needed we walked in an waited 2 min. for the best service ever. She was fast and understanding, kind and knows her business. 10 out of 10 I recommend. LIFE AND TIME SAVER

Debbie Logan gave me one of the greatest experience s I ever had dealing with driver license process. She has a great attitude and show patience and concern for her clients. She’s a keeper.

This is the place to go if you need most dmv services. They're always busy but can move you through fairly quick.

Today I was having issues renewing my registration and Ms. Sherri was so attentive in helping me. After speaking with a total of 11 people to get the problem resolved, she not once made me feel like I was taking up her time. She gave me her full attention and care the entire time and made me feel like my issue was just as important to her. Customer service was 10+ and she was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you see her! I sure will!

ABC Title was very professional to work with. I did not know what to expect. My only experience so far had been at NOLA DMV, which was a disaster. The DVM visit was 3.5 hours & they still didn’t get the information correct. Today ABC had the problem corrected in 10 minutes. ABC was busy today but very efficient. The front desk lady was friendly & professional. The manager Steve & agent Cindy that took care of our issue were helpful, personable & profession. Please save yourself a lot of frustration & time, avoid the DMV & use ABC Title.
