Andy and Karen are absolutely AMAZING! I never write reviews for anything but they did such an amazing job. At first, I was highly suspicious that the rate and closing costs they quoted would ever materialize -- it was markedly below what other companies could do. But it most certainly did materialize and I am a new homeowner thanks to them!! Additionally, they were fantastic to work with day-to-day and never lost patience despite my frequent calls. Andy and his entire staff are wonderful! When I originally sought him out, I didn't even know if anyone in their right mind would give me a mortgage. Andy told my husband and I exactly what needed to happen to get our mortgage, and when we did exactly what he said, we went through without a problem. His office staff (Penny was working with us) was especially helpful in filing the massive amounts of paperwork required for a VA loan and being available to answer all of my questions (and listen to all of my meltdowns) being a first time home buyer.
