PNC Bank Stoke Park Rd, Bethlehem

They no longer have tellers! How are you supposed to withdrawal large amounts of cash, or ask questions without having to go through tons of robots? Way to go PNC for eliminating jobs too when the economy is this bad.

Worst bank ever. They don't understand their own products and services and don't even listen to customer problems. They overdrafted me from an account they told me was protected from overdrafts and then 4 days later tried to overdraft me again even though I had called the branch, the bank, and the company that actually handles the processing of their electronic payments. The A-hole in the bank kept telling me it was because I wrote a check even as I was explaining the problem, as I was closing my account, and as I was walking out. It's like every word out of my mouth he cuts me off and says it's going to continue to be a problem (ie, they will keep trying to withdraw from that account) because I "wrote a check." It was an electronic payment process. I haven't had to write a check since 2010

Rediculous. Crappy service. Only branch open on Sundays and can’t provide reasonable service. I waited for an hour and they took someone else before me because she only had to replace a debit card. Will be closing my accounts soon once Ally transfers go through. No service no regulation no manners of banker

Nick lions customer service rep was completely disrespectful to me. I called for help on erroneous fees charged because of the banks order of posting transactions which caused them to scoop $108 from my account. Even with these charges my account was never negative. Nick told me to go to a branch so they could show me on an iPad, like I would have waited an hour on the phone at 7 am if I had time to go to a branch.

The employees and overall bank mislead customers. We are a larger business that was started in the basement 3 years ago, approx 2 months ago we were persuaded by ZAINAB KITABWALLA who is an under qualified financial consultant at this branch to move our banking to PNC. Do not do it... ZAINAB KITABWALLA and ALEX appear to be nice people but are nothing more then brainwashed corporate puppets and will tell you anything to earn your business. We process payments via seamlesschex which are invoiced to known customers of ours who also have accounts with our company. Upon setting up the account ZAINAB KITABWALLA assured they would be accepted at PNC, Lies! PNC indeed froze all our assets and now on day 7 without any answers or recourse answers. Called loss prevention and the rep LISA literally stated she didn't care about our business, children or employees. This is the reason America is in turmoil, Banks such as PNC. There would not have a penny if the assets they claim to possess were returned to and protesting in front of 10 Stoke Park Road branch until our funds are released and the lying thieve employees are held accountable for this type of abuse, hell, frustration and loss of profit we endured. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this bank! They have a great savings
