Went in to get a quote on my Apple Watch SE and quoted me $45? Just for them to most likely turn around and sell it for $180. This place is a rip off. I don’t know where they get there’s research from but these watches go from $150 and more. Definitely wouldn’t recommend pawning your items here.

I went in looking for a chain and might not find it but after some searching and help from the manager Sam, I found some cuban link chains. Looked through various ones but was looking for a 14K chain. Found it after a while, was given a lesson on gold and the reason for different karats and such. Appreciating the knowledge for next time I am looking for jewelry. All around I came in and left satisfied with the selection. Sam was patient, knowledgeable on his ware and respectful. If I ever need to look for more jewelry I would stop by here first

This place is owned by one of the rudest people I have ever met. Or at least he says he’s the owner. Name is Sam. I went in with an appraisal and a ring just to see what the ring would go for and was told he was given the same exact description of what I was bringing in and it had been flagged. He then treated me like garbage. I went to the shop he said I was flagged at and they told me they flagged another person not matching my description at all and she had earrings not a ring. I called and told Sam that I was upset with how he had treated me and that he should look at the flag closer because I was a completely different person and he continued to treat me terribly on the phone. I use to really like this place but will now never go back as long as this guy owns it. absolutely no way to treat a customer

Came back today and had a very different experience!! I came in with an amazon speaker to ask for store credit of $25. They found I did buy it there and went to ask the new manager if they could help me? She came back with “ the manager said We don’t sell items that don’t work!! “. I asked her to explain to the manager that they did sell it to me not working and stated I’m not here for $25. just because I want $25 I was hoping for store credit. Then the new manager walked out of the backroom and said it worked when sold or I should not have bought it. Then he proceeded to argue that other customers come from California and therefore I have no excuse to have not brought it back sooner!! Because the conversation went from me being friendly to we don’t sell non working items to you should have come back from Auburn sooner !! We won’t be coming back where the customer is wrong first! What a difference a manager can make !! Everyone is open to helping us whenever we drop in! We stop by on our way through town looking for good deals! 😃 Almost always come away with something Tools/jewelry or electronics! 😎 Thanks again for being open until 7 and not being a chain!👍👍👍
