Greatest little pawn shop in Carson City. Hands down best customer service around. They greet us when we walk in and are very attentive to what we are interested in. Anthony has always been the best salesman in the store. He goes above and beyond to help us find exactly what we're looking for. Mark even brought us ice water while we shopped. When we are in the market for a great deal on a tool, ring, ear rings anything, we head to Carson Jewelry & Loan. Anthony always gives us a great deal.

Staff is in incredible, and the jewelry is exquisite. Along with very good prices!!! Oh I cant forget they also have name brand bags that are beautiful!!!!

I’ve had several rings sized and am very satisfied . Every time I take a piece in it comes back better than expected, sparkling and flawless. I wish I would have discovered this gem a long time ago. Amazing shop. Great customer service, friendly staff, clea, place, cheap prices , well stocked with anything you can think of without looking cluttered like allot of places. Even if you have a small issue with a purchase they will go above and beyond to make it right and that you're satisfied. I will be back in as soon as I can to shop with them after my last experience. I Went in looking for an engagement ring! Huge selection with great prices & deals. Sierra was very patient and helpful with helping me find the “one”. Highly recommend stopping by before you buy somewhere else! They were my 2nd stop an I’m glad I shopped around first!

Went into Battleborn Jewelry to get a Birthday gift for my wife. The salesman was awesome. Showed us exactly what we were looking for and then some! We walked out with more than expected, a unique and beautiful piece not to mention an antique!! Thanks so much!! My wife says the best gift ever!!

I've been going to this store for at least 8 years now. Sometimes just to look, and other times with a specific need. They have never let me down. I go here for camera equipment, optics, musical instruments, jewelry, tools, you name it. We also come here with all of our jewelry repair needs. AJ is one of the best, most knowledgeable people that we've ever found at a jewelry shop, and we will definitely keep coming back, not because we need to, but because we want to.

I went in to have a watch band repaired. I haven’t been in this shop before so I looked around. Anthony noticed that my watch was Star Wars themed and happily told me about the other items they had in stock. I bought a trinket before I left! Super friendly and helpful! I will definitely shop here again for other unusual items.

I found them online and their website looked like a fun environment, stocked and clean place to shop. They did not disappoint! They were so helpful, prices were terrific, and variety was unbelievable. It was clean and uncluttered. You can bet I will make this a regular stop on my way from Oregon to Lake Tahoe every time🤩. Well Worth it for sure!!

These guys are amazing! I’ve been a customer for over 16 years, but just used their Jewelry Repair Service for the first time. I needed things repaired and altered that belonged to my mom who passed away in October 2018. As well as my wedding ring cleaned up. We visited Carson City for a day while visiting Tahoe area and we popped into Carson Jewelry and couldn’t have been more pleased with the selection of fine jewelry. We collect jewelry and gems and quality is of the utmost importance. The quality of their jewelry is wonderful and Anthony helped us to find what we were looking for. His service was impeccable. Very honest, works with you on best price and spends the necessary time with you to make sure you get to see any of the pieces you are interested in. I highly recommend this jeweler!

This is the cleanest, most organized, and best customer service I've ever received at a store like this. It's a disservice to call this a pawn shop. Amazing personal care!!! I walked in to buy an engagement ring with uncommon and specific criteria. I not only found what I was looking for but got an amazing deal, resizing information, additional ideas, and exact information on what I was getting. On top of all that, I found two antique rifles and a set of earrings. I'm not only recommending this place, I'm going to say that if you don't check this place out before buying anywhere else, you are pretty much burning your money. Ill be returning over and over for just about anything I'm liking for in the future. 5 stars isn't enough!

Such amazing customer service and beautiful inventory for very affordable prices!! Purchased a gorgeous ring that was a bit small for the finger I planned on wearing it on and Anthony called me to let me know the size before mailing to make sure it would fit and offered a very fair price to have it resized! He really went above and beyond for me! Thank you so much to Anthony and the Carson team I highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future !!

I love this Pawn Shop! It’s been around my entire life, I always recieve amazing service and never have had a bad experience! Anthony is by far the best sales person I have ever worked with, a few months back, my Fiancé and myself went in and wanted to get a nice engagement ring, we explained our budget and he never once tried to make us buy more expensive, he was very respectful and understanding! I refer everyone of my friends and family members here because I know great customer service and you won’t get better than here!!

Great experience, they have beautiful jewelry, had two of my ring sized and they did a terrific job and their prices are very good.

When we moved here, times were looking down for us. Had to pawn some items. Instead received a loan, more than others were willing to do on our merchandise. People there were courteous and went above and beyond. We received or merchandise same as we left it. Have purchased from the store items that were in great condition. Will definitely continue to do my business here
