AA Check Cashing Service Security Blvd, Baltimore

Went into location today and was told because my check was signed already they couldn’t cash it. Stay away from this place the customer service is rude and obnoxious. Instead of just explaining kindly the employee got irate and I laughed and left immediately.

Steer clear of this place! Went in for the first time to ask a question and before I even got a word out the Indian lady rudely started talking about what they don’t do....Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Stop giving nasty people your money. I didn’t even bother to ask my question and left. It wasn’t even worth it to me. Her attitude is indescribable. I never had a reason to go in there before and I’ll make sure to never go again. DISGUSTING. Deserves zero stars.

WASTE OF TIME! i used to come here YEARS AND YEARS ago when i was in high school to cash my lil part time job check. idk what has changed since 2006 but each time i go its something new they don't do. They don't cash money orders that didn't come from there, they dont cash certain checks even if its still good (aka within the void date). they dont do western unions after a certain time of day even if they're still open. they make up their own rules and i mind as well go to a bank bc its easier. I've never had anyone be rude to me i can say that but if you dont know them on a first name basis they are not going to help you if it isn't within those (not publicly listed) rules sad to say.

I’ve been going here for years and I find the staff there courteous and friendly. Get to know yu kind of folks. I recommend this place!

Excellent, prompt and courteous service at seven in the morning before anyone else was open for western union.

I came in uniform and they cashed my check. Another day I was looking pretty rough, (out of uniform) and they refused to cash my check. (I had all the required credentials) They will stereotype you.

It was a terrible experience. The Indian woman should be fired. Coming from a different state, I cannot get a Maryland id until I've lived here a year. The woman proceeded to tell me what state I was in ( the nerve not being from this country to start with ). If I were not a law abiding citizen WHICH I AM...I WOULD HAVE SLAPPED THAT DISRESPECTFUL FACE OF HERS. I have a New York state id and my social security card as well. There should have been no issue. I think she is a very petty and disgusting individual. I will not go there again, and hav every intention on writing up as many bad reviews as I can fit.

Please do not support this company! Take your business elsewhere! A relative of mine went to get a money order and was told she will not receive service if she didn't remove her car. Out of 12 customer's he chose my relative and guess what? The car he asked her to remove wasn't her's. My relative who serve this country was single handed profiled. Please take you business else where respect is everything, everything that my relative did not receive.

Ive been going here off & on 4@ least 10 years if I had a bad experience i can't remember. They are always helpful & kind to me.

I have never had any problems. I have been a customer for years.
