My family was delayed in our move after a different national mortgage chain decided to change their terms and ignore the actual FHA rules on a particular debt-to-income field. Our wonderful agent immediately referred us to John to get things handled the RIGHT way. Our experience with the company before ASAP left us feeling like no team was talking to any other team and expecting things would just ‘happen’. John and Elvia were in regular communication with me, one another, my attorney, and my agent to get this done as quickly as possible! John even attended the closing in person to make sure it all went smoothly (and bringing his adorable puppy to make a joyous event even better was just perfection!)
