Johnny Khan is the best! As a first-time home buyer Johnny made the process incredibly easy for me and helped to make sure that I understood what steps were involved. From the time that we first met he always listened to what I was interested in for a house and gave me options based on that. He never pressured me to look at a house or location I wasn’t interested in. Johnny is very personable and got along easily with me and my parents. Johnny stuck to the deadlines for anything that he promised - house listings to review, recommendations for local services, etc. If Johnny said he would get something to me by a certain date then I would it would be done! Johnny is very responsive when I’ve contacted him. He also is respectful of my time and contacted me when necessary to confirm a showing or to check in. Johnny was also prompt for our showings and was knowledgeable of the house and local area. Johnny kept me informed of all communications he had with the selling agent, as well as assisted where needed for the closing. There was a lot of work that he did in the background and always seemed ready to do more. I honestly don’t think I could have gone through the house purchase with anyone else. Johnny has been enthusiastic about me buying my home, which made me excited about the process. I’ve already recommended Johnny to my friends who are interested in moving to the area.
