Juan is the best!! And not just him, everyone there is so nice and honest. They do the best for you and make sure everything is fair. They don’t try to make up stories to try to rip you off. They’re all knowledgeable about what they’re buying and selling! I HIGHLY recommend you go here if you’re around the area! Trust me it’s worth the drive.

If you guys need a quick buck i definitely recommend Pawn USA these guys where helpful caring and friendly I Pawned My Watch with its box and papers and they took very great care of it saran wrapped it to protect it from any damages And they have some very quality items for sale

My husband and I came in for the first time looking at the jewelry selection. Steven kindly greeted us, and helped us see MANY rings. Even when we were sure on the final rings, we started second guessed on mine. He was very patient, even when we left to do errands. We came back to purchase the rings, which they held on to for us. Steven was helping someone else when we came back, so we met Luis who began speaking to us. Luis showed us more rings, Even pulled off the ring off his finger to show is the difference, and so on. The whole staff in general is great! Very knowledgeable workers, professional. No one rushed us for a sale, it wasn't pressured. They let us take our time because they understood it was a big deal. Best experience at a pawn shop, we were recommended to come here, and now I would recommend everyone else to come here. It really is a good fair business where you won't walk out feeling cheated like most pawn shops.

I’m not super happy about writing this, I went to sell an ar15 here that I knew I already overpaid for. And the gentlemen at the store I forget his name, really helped and explained things. So we work out a basically trade deal for a shotgun I liked and he threw in some things to make the deal better. I couldn’t complete the background because it was after five so they had me put the gun on a temporary layaway to come back tomorrow and pay it off and do background. I agreed and came back. I was very happy with service and the deal. Now I came back and went to do background. I put the wrong address on the form and I explained why that happened. To make a long story short they said they couldn’t do business unless I change my license address. And I explained I can’t do and why. So they said they wouldn’t sell it to me and we came to an impass. And I understand. They have rules BUT what I found to not be as professional is when I decided to pull the plug and just take the pay out for the ar15, they hit me with a restoke fee because I broke the lay a way. I was stunned. It went from a deal that I felt good about to me losing even more money. I was ok with everything but the restocking fee. I am heavily disappointed in the outcome. The store is nice, and I was excited to continue buisness here. But I can’t after I feel taken advantage of. Maybe they feel like they helped me out.... but all that matters is at the end of the day I knew I over paid for the ar, but after they undid the deal with me I lost even more money on it.

Their Staff are the best They got a Trek Bike that I wanted for my wife the conditions were great almost new. They gave their word that they will wait for me until I get there an hour distance they put a sign saying it qas sold and wait for me. Im very glad to make a great deal with this kind of professionals.

The owner Nancy is super kind, patient and willing to help you out to the best of her ability. Store was getting ready to close at the time I entered and she did not hesitate to stay and help me out. Beth was amazing. In more ways than one. Came in to buy a ring for my wife for our anniversary. Not only did she pick out the perfect one, but she also gave me a great price, put it on layaway for me, and gift wrapped it. She treated it just like it was for her. I could tell that she loved the jewelry that she was selling like it was her own.

I went in today after seeing an item that I wanted to purchase from A Pawn USA on an online app (offer-up). I conversed with Margie online. She was prompt and replied very quickly on the app and explained she would hold the item for me until the next day. I met with Margie at the store and purchased the item. The store is clean and neatly organized so customers can find what they're looking for quickly. The staff, including Margie, were very courteous. I definitely recommend this store.

The staff at this location is great!! They were all very polite and friendly! Guillermo was awesome they didn't have the gun in that I wanted at the time and he let me know fed ex would be bringing it later that day or in the morning! I called him the next day and he said he had it ready waiting for me!! Very pleased with my experience these guys are awesome and I highly recommend them!!!!!

I have not had alot of experiences with pawn shops over the past 50 yrs at all but the ones I have visited have always ben nasty and rude people working me and my wife stopped by to do some business with them looking for jewelry and we met a lady named lurka and let me tell you something you want to talk about a true down to earth person very honest and sincere in what she is talking about and doing we were totally blown away buy the service and our whole experience in this place I would recommend anyone in any of the surrounding countries to stop by here and just take a look you will be amazed by the staff and the pricing and the selection this place deserves a 10 star thank you guys very much

Don’t use this place do not give them your Social Security number state of Florida does not require dad to get a loan on jewelry This place has false information they are scammers and ripples I had one in to get a loan they had told my wife that they can’t give her a loan because she does not have a Florida state ID so I had provided them my ID and then they come back with they need my Social Security number in order to get a loan and they claimed that that is Florida state law which is Florida state law does not require that these people are getting Social Security numbers and doing God knows what I had spoken with six other pawnshops and they’ve all said that it does not matter what ID you have as long as it’s valid and not expire and that they do not require any Social Security number that that is a scam when I had confronted them about the situation they had said that if you want to get a loan Social Security number but if I sold them my jewelry they don’t need it little suspicious to me don’t do business with these people they need to be reported because I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they are ripping people off overcharging for jewelry under pricing people jewelry and stealing their Social Security numbers

Came in needing a loan to pay a overdue bill, not my proudest moment. I've been to pawn shops before and I've always felt uncomfortable. But the moment I set foot at A pawn USA I was greeted with respect and nothing but positive people. I went to the counter and was immediately greated by Stephen who is the manager. Recently needed to get ahold of $25,000 with QUICKNESS! Joshua (the owner) and Steven helped me out, and helped me get the money i needed in under an hour…even tho I was pawning 4 watches, 5 chains, 2 pendants and 4 pairs of sneakers it was still quick and smooth. definitely will be back when my Rolex dealer sends me that next text 😂
