I feel like I experienced racism today at this location. I had to be let in because there is an alarm on the door, which I am aware of because I visit this location most months to pay my bill. Upon walking into the door the lady working there was assisting another client, but the look she gave me made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was going to rob the place. She didn't say anything to me so I didn't say anything and just took a seat. About 10 mins later an older Spanish couple walked through the door and her entire attitude was different. She greated them with "Buenas tardes como estan tomen haciento los atiendo en un momento." I'm an afro Latino male and in my experience some latin people feel/treat afro lations differently; however, when in big business such as this (not a mom and pop business) this should never be okay and no customer should ever be treated differently or made to feel a certain way especially since Spanish is my first my language and I did not the same welcome as the other customers or an apology. Do better!

I had been looking for full coverage for a new vehicle and was getting quotes that were higher than my car payment. Selica was so nice and made it so easy to understand my options. I feel like I got the best price and great full coverage. If you're not sure they shop several insurance companies for you to get want and need at a reasonable price

I love this company, and most especially they have a great customer services... ALEJANDRA IS THE BEST, she gave me and my wife a great welcome and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. I will recommend her any time any day. Well done guys and keep the great job up!.

I bought a new car & went to transfer my old one out and add the new car. Unbeknownst to me they only covered the car for liability now I'm stuck with a "forced placed" bill ($600) from my credit union to cover the cost of their mistake

I am actually very surprise to see a lot of people giving 5 stars because the customer service I’ve received it’s horrible! Very arrogant I had a policy with them and to remove a car from my policy they wanted to charms $75!!!! And to add the new one $100 and the worst part is that when I asked why the only explanation I received was “that’s what the computer tells me” it makes me sad to see a buissnes that thrives by Hispanic that acts like they cared less, needles to say I left and found another company.
