I called A-Maxx Insurance today to get car insurance on April 27, 2022 and a lady answered and asked me to hold while she finished a customer so i held for 21 minutes she then disconnected the call and closed after disconnecting the call the address is 1405 E Pioneer Pkwy Arlington, Texas very unprofessional

Representative DID NOT listen or read the instructions given to her. She was just worried about collecting the payment! Told her I needed water damage coverage she gave me a policy that didn't cover it anyway and my apartments did not accept it! Took my payment anyway and told me I would have to go through the insurance to get a refund which could take 3-4 weeks...wasted 3 hrs dealing with this when.v all she had to do is say our policies wont offer that and reverse my payment. I had to drive back up there

Customer service is the worse, the females at the Pioneer office does not care to give you information, or take the time to search up for a customer best suitable insurance, my first experience "Okay this is to much, thank you and good bye" Second experience, I received a call from a male to get my business back, I called him and I was told David does not work at this office, I stayed on the phone and the girl was silent without offering me anything so I asked her would you know what the call was for she replies, maybe to get your service back then went back to silence, and that's all I got from her so I thanked her and said goodbye...wow, she had the chance to get my service but her silence said it all really horrible service without a doubt.

I have been using Amax for awhile and at this point i am more than highly disappointed in their service. The representatives were nice, but i am not sure that they are aware of how to explain certain things or if their intentions are bad but i definitely am giving this place a 1 star because Of this fact right here...I WENT TO AN AMAX UP THE STREET AND THEY WERE LITERALLY ABLE TO GIVE ME THE RATE I WAS QUOTED ORIGINALLY AND FOR AN EVEN CHEAPER START UP PRICE. I was told that the people here were trying to get me to pay more fees of some sort and that they couldve helped me if they wanted. I am not going to be coming back here ever again, very deceptive and unreliable. Freaking scams.

Great guy been with last insurance company over 7 years bill just kept going higher and higher called around Ralph at a-max and he saved me over 300 bucks on a 6 month policy

All of the above but after being a customer for years at this location off of Pioneer Blvd in Arlington i now know why it functions so great, its management. Limni Gonzalez leads a great team and they are all well trained by her. I see how she manages her associates and how they respond to her direction. I got a service from Sharon and she is really friendly and helpful. She also helped me to find the cheapest car insurance for me. However, the state agency fee is overpriced ($120 ish, which actually I can use it to pay my car insurance for another 2 months). FYI, if you buy an online national insurance, in fact, I got the same price without administration fee and better coverage (liability+road assistance).
