Is anyone else receiving letters stating they cancelled your insurance due to non-payment after you paid in person? This is the second time I've been cancelled. 1st time was due to no picture of my vin number, but they failed to inform me. Underwriter contacted AMax directly and due to non-response my policy was cancelled I've only had them for 2 months..can't wait to leave

They're thieves they sold me a policy with the company named Unitrin County Mutual in March i stopped driving my truck since the place where i was working was closed due to the covid-19 so i paid march without driving the truck but i decided to cancel for April because i didn't know how long was gonna be without working and tried to save the money so i called the Amax office to cancel and they were supposed to cancel the policy, on July i received a letter from them charging the amout for April, how can that be posible if the policy was cancelled and even if you don't pay they cancel your policy automatically and take no responsibility for damages how would i know the policy was still active? At the end of all this situation i pay the amount for $114.00 with a coverage that was already cancelled.... lt's sad how they steal money from people even in this bad pandemic situation.

The best customer service in the metroplex.. Betty was very professional and patient with me over the phone. When I went in she was a tad busy( store full of customers all out in 15 mins or less)so I was assisted by Brandon and hugo. Very professional and great knowledge of the policies. Brandon finished off my policy and he was amazing. Very professional and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If your looking for any type of insurance this is DEFINITELY the place to be. You can even call In and do it all over the phone. They're the best.😘
