We have used A1 Title for closing a refinance and sellling our home. With out excepting they are professional in manner and virtue. They answer all the endless questions we have with out losing sight of the objective. It has been a pleasure, their effort and attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Extremely unprofessional and non-responsive. It's bad enough that this process took us 6 months, but we were given inaccurate information for MONTHS as a stalling tactic; the owner never took our calls - preferring to let her secretaries take the heat - nor gave us the courtesy of a return call. Very frustrating. This company chose to criticize the county for constant delays rather than be up front with and accountable to us. Honest communication would have gone a long way to promote good customer relations, but alas, that did NOT happen.

Nothing but the best @ A1 Title. If you need anything Real Estate related, this is the place to go. Brenda and her team are on the ball and go over and above. If you like people in your network to call you with a problem they've already solved, instead of a problem you need to solve, A1 Title is your friend.

Absolutely the worst people in the business. No customer service at all. They will just take your money and make excuses no call back. They are a joke. I have to give a star to post they deserve no star

I recently refinanced my home and used A-1 Title for their services. Hands down a great team. We actually had to sign twice due to lender error and A-1 did not skip a beat. My questions were answered promptly and turn-around times were exceptional. They even replied after hours which I did not expect but highly appreciated.
