Rude people!! They have very bad customer..

Trying to give them a "0" star rating and I can't seem to figure it out... I took in a 9mm that I bought brand new from Academy... which at worst had a small scratch near the pen to disassemble. I've maintained this handgun rather well and cleaned it regularly after use. I was there solely for an appraisal, only. When i walked in I was first greeted by a very heavy set man workin there, maybe in his late 20s to mid 30s with glasses. whom was assisting me first, but shortly after handing my gun to him, then handed my firearm over to an older gentleman (one I can only assume owned the store.) Who then proceeded to look up the serial number on my gun to make sure it wasn't stolen, which he didn't even mention. (An insult in its self) mind you I was with my father so I didn't want to make a scene. After some time maybe 15 minutes a third gentleman ask me if you could assist me. I politely declined and said "no thank you, but I think he is helping me in his own special way," (referring to the man in his mid twenties to early thirties.) Which at the time was staring around the room as if he was lost in his own mind. After some more waiting I then asked the first guy, Again if he could again give me an appraisal. He then responded, "oh we already have a lot of handguns." Only then pointing to a display case filled with old rusty dirty handguns that no one in their right mind would buy. After feeling insulted and racially profiled I politely walked out with my handgun. I would never do business with these people, ever!

I was a naive person that came into the Lions Den. I was consistently told that my goods were almost never going to be a sale for them. I really would Not Recommend this business! no t recommend this company.
