I really enjoy the level of professionalism that they have. Especially at the Mt. Moriah location. I deal with Lauren often and she’s always pleasant. 745 comes in handy & I love the fact that they renew your loan the same day you pay it off. The only thing that would make them better is to increase the rate of offers they give out or start a rewards program or something lol. Other than that they’re a great business.

I had a great experience with Ms. Jackie. The customer service etiquette she expressed was awesome. She was patient, and helped us on the computer, “ we are not that literate” lol, however she helped us step by step. If you need a temporary loan for the holiday or to get through the next week.
