63rd & Ashland Currency Exchange S Ashland Ave, Chicago

I came in and attempted to get money through western union but after the young lady took my info and asked a million personal questions, she told me there system was down. I’m not sure why people think people have to be fraud to get money but I will never return here.

Very poor service they have black ghetto women in here fighting and arguing, made my dad stand for a hour and he’s a senior citizen with disability, and tell him to go to the back of another line, also have very old angry unprofessional women that works here. They should close this place immediately!!!

The service is very poor and there rude and nasty they are of no help. I will never go there again and i will make sure i inform my friends and family.

My family has been goin to this location for years. They know our family well and we always treat each other with respect. Great staff.

Don't try and cash your check here. They won't help u..

I go out my way to another currency exchange on 95th Ashland for much better service

Horrible service. They don't know how to even get my check off my card. The employees are lazy and offer no assistance.

Got the help that I needed to get through the week by cashing my check.

The ladies that work there treat you like family. Great service☺
