The lady was very rude, vulgar, and insulting. While not barter prices with you at all. Friend who was with asked "may I see this pistol please?" and the ladies snide, almost a-hole reply was "you got the money?! Huh well do ya?!" WORST PAWN SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!

Great place! Very friendly! I try to stop there anytime I head to DL. I've found many good deals there and have never had a problem with any of my purchases.

When I visited 2 ladies where standing at one of the display cases. One lady was behind the counter who seemed to work there and the other lady was on the customer side of the counter. No one greeted me when i came in or even paused their chat. They were swearing left and right chit chatting about nonsense. I found the prices there were very high for used merchandise. Also the store has a really strong smoke smell so nonsmokers beware. Some other reviewers said they got some good deals however when i visitec i did not see any.

This place is trash. I went there with a brand new 50” smart TV that has not even been out the box yet. And that still goes for $300.00 in store, and the lady tried to give me 70 bucks for it, are you serious! 70 dollars do not go to this place unless you’re a crack head and don’t care for what they give you for your stuff.
Sorry for you experience, but the retail on the tv new was $249.00. I remember looking it up. Pawnshops only give a percentage on the value of an item. Again sorry for your experience with me.

Horrible customer service. The woman was on the phone when I walked in and never took a second to say I’ll be right with you. She was cursing on her call the whole time and even after. I understand it’s a pawn shop but it is still a business. Very unprofessional. Don’t go there for anything.
