Mrs. Sonia has done it again. I just love her so much. I purchased my car there November 2019 and she was the person that helped to make the process easier for me. Almost two years later I came in to do a swap for a smaller vehicle and she was absolutely amazing yet again. As long as she is employed with this company I will be her return customer. I have never had this easy of a process with my cars with out dealership. Thanks Sonia, Olga, and Roberto for your outstanding customer service. This was beyond above and beyond. Please keep this same energy for all your customers you guys are a blessing.

Great experience! Sonia and Roberto took care everything in one day. I was given my choice of vehicle and was well respected and taken care of. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Excellent people, excellent service.

I would not recommend this place at all. A month after getting my car the power steering stopped working Lucky it was covered in warranty. Two months later something in the engine stopped working again I was without a car for weeks paid out of pocket no one there could help me they tell me to talk to David he no help. They say you can exchange your car after a year of payments. I called Sonia because it was a couple of weeks before my year to let her know my car once again is not working she informed me to bring the car up there and they will exchange it well I went there and it was a waste of my time. They act like Sonia didn’t tell me that and they would not help me saying you have to make one year payments I had the money and everything they still wouldn’t help me. I told them the car not working and it been in and out the shop since I got it they still wouldn’t help me. I would not recommend this place at all.

I love my car, but Trynna to get on the phone with them to get information about my car is trash. They keep putting me on hold and hanging up. I just need info about my car why is that such a hassle! Cars are great customers service could be a little better Ya know!!!! It’s not everyone there just a few of them.

Leasing/communicating with this dealership was a breeze compared to my previous one for my former car. Leo was nothing but straightforward and professional, and even told me some car-selling advice for future reference. Everyone else I've talked to were super friendly and helpful, especially Claudia while signing final paperwork. I'm in love with my itty bitty Honda Fit, especially with my birthday coming up! This place is one of the worst used car companies I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, if I could give it negative stars I would. They want you to put down 2000 dollars or more for cars that are 10 years old or more and they all have well over 100,000 miles or more. There are so many more options for better quality cars for that type of down payment so check your options and do not waste your time or money on these pieces of junk.

Axel was awesome and went above and beyond to help me out and get me into a nice car with low payments! All of their cars are nice and comes with a 1 year unlimited mile warranty, which is amazing and gives you peace of mind when your buying a used car! No more worrying about buying a used piece of junk and throwing away your money. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car!

Update: The car I got a month ago from this location ran hot just imagine my dismay. Needless to say I am quite disappointed and returned the car. I am experiencing hardships in this pandemic and all of my money count. I just see its economic for me to come out of my pocket on repairs so soon after getting the car used or not used. Oh well they got a quick lick from me. I have to cut my loss and move on. I will never recommend you all to anyone.

Moral of the story, it’s a used car dealership. Buy here, pay here. The car market has been hot this year, leading to higher prices for lower quality, high mileage cars. I was in a bind, my car was flooded back in May of this year, I needed a another vehicle ASAP and they got me in another car. Although a 10+ year old car with well over 150k + miles wouldn’t have been my first choice. They allowed me to put a very small down payment and I was on the road again. Don’t get me wrong. The car was a Toyota, fully loaded, leather seats, sunroof, in dash radio, well taken care of, all service done at the Toyota dealership, car fax to prove it, car was in excellent maintenance/cosmetic condition, well taken care of, it’s hybrid, good on gas and I haven’t had any major issues with it so far. When I arrived to look at cars, their lot was almost empty and it wasn’t many choices to choose from. They do offer a repair warranty for a year, up to 2k $. My salesman was great, he worked even past closing hours to help me get back into a car. They look at your income and time at residency, your credit won’t determine your approval, I’d assume unless you have recent multiple repos etc.. They offer a trade in program after year of good payments, which I plan to utilize. All the people here were very friendly, they don’t discriminate and they make you feel welcomed. People need to understand how hot the car market is right now, cars are selling for double the price, so it’s either you wait until the market cools off or you take your chances if you really need a vehicle asap.

I called this dealership to inquire about a certain vehicle on Saturday they close on Sunday i made an appointment with the manager on Monday noon to 1, I was there at 12:30. Of course the manager was busy so they sent me to one of there so called salesmen, he didn’t seem to care about helping me and I asked about that vehicle I called about he chuckled and said we don’t have it it must of sold. I said what else do you have he was more concerned about me showing paperwork then showing cars, he didn’t even want to go outside and help me these people shouldn’t even be in business they are a disgrace to to industry. I gave them a one star rating if I could give them less I would. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Awesome service I been with 500 Below going on 3 years now they will put you in a car and they will work with you. I have gotten a Chrysler 300 from them very nice and a van. Roberto Heggy is the store manager. He and his teamwork with Sonia, an awesome team!!! worked hard to find a car that fit my budget and was willing to accept a down-payment I could afford. Roberto is a a very professional and compassion person. Called to ask about a car, the lady was rude and hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. Acted like I was a waste of her time. She answers the phone negatively and never introduced herself or if she could help me. Nope non of that. I'll take my money elsewhere. The first impressions is always the last impression.

This place is AMAZING! I came here with my dad because car dealerships always make me nervous. I was worried of dealing with pushy car salesman. The complete opposite happened. I sat down with Sonja and she made it her duty to make sure I drove off in the best car for me. She really cared about my situation of struggling without a car. She passed over my information to Claudia, the manager. I kept telling myself “don’t get your hopes up.” But me and my dad have had such a good feeling being here so we stayed positive.
