5 Points Pawn US, Lake City

The only reason I gave one star is because that's the least. Milwaulkee charger only asking $60. I asked for better price since its only $30 new on Amazon. Extremely rude old man. American Pawn are much better Christian people make you feel welcome. Ill take my business there from now on.

Do not do business with these people! They will steal from you and laugh at you the whole time they are doing it. Everything was fine until I went to redeem my pawned merchandise. My pawn ticket said I owed 350 dollars to redeem the merchandise. They wanted 525 dollars. They proceeded to explain that I was an idiot and they laughed at me and told me that I was going to pay the full amount or I wasn't going to get my stuff back. They explained, laughing at me the whole time, how sometimes their computer makes errors and puts the wrong information on pawn tickets. I kept the original receipts just in case but I finally had no choice but to give into their extortion. When I went to pick up my merchandise it was in a barn behind the store. Most of the stuff is delicate electronics and tools but all of it was laying on the dirt covered with sand, leaves, and rat droppings. If I hadn't got so upset about them robbing me, I would have been furious over the condition of my merchandise. As it stands there is no use arguing with people that treat you like a worthless piece of S#!€. I waited 2 weeks to write this review just so I wouldn't be unfair because of rage.

Beware of this shop! They are legitimate, but I wouldn't call them honest. Their interest rates are high, and they have no desire to make you a cash offer on products you wish to sell. They are in the business of loaning money way more then buying and selling products. The price of the items which are pawned is much higher then their value, which I expect is for people who want their items back after it is too late. That's my 2¢, buyers and sellers beware!

I stopped in this place and bought a laptop and she gave it to me for half price and I got home and wished I had got the tablet instead so I went back the next day and they let me pick the one I wanted so that shows a bad review means nothing see for your self thanks

They've been straight up with me on every occasion. If I broker with them they have always been honest and would tell me I'd have better luck selling it through craigslist, flea market, or FB market place. Their firearm selection is amazing and will always do business with them. Friendly staff as well.

Stay away from trying to do business with this pawn shop. In my opinion they should be closed down. They will try to low ball you and give you close to nothing for what you’re trying to sell them. I understand that it’s a business and it’s buy low sell high, but this place literally wants to give you close to nothing for your stuff. Go to American pawn.

I have been to this shop several times. I always get a fair deal. Great selection of tools and always reasonable.

Very helpful with my purchase of weapon. Will return to them in future.
