I visit this location and others with Three Rivers frequently. Went to this location on Monday June 13. The visit was 10:32 am. The teller was almost asleep. She was slower than molasses and rude with absolutely no personality. Sent my envelope of cash and my id back to me wide open and falling out. No thank you or have a good day, just nothing. They must need tellers because for this one to be working there was sad.

We recently switched from Chase, which we had for 10 years, we've only been members at 3 rivers for 5 weeks and EVERYTHING, especially costumer service is a 10 out of 10! So much better and more of a personal family friendly touch to them! You are awesome!!!

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience while handling my finances here. The staff treats you well and they get to know you like family. They really seem like they have my best interests in mind. The reasonable interest rates, abundance of financial services, and well-trained and well-mannered employees have ensured that 3Rivers FCU will remain my principal financial location for years to come.

This branch is amazing! Everyone there is always helpful and friendly. They are usually very busy but I always know that I'm going to get great service so I don't mind the wait. They helped me get a car loan after and unexpected car accident. They also helped me open a 3 Rivers credit card and get my existing card balances transferred over, which saved me a lot of $$ in interest. I also opened an IRA with their Investment Team. It's always a great experience!!

3Rivers on St Joe Rd is truly a friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy credit union! They've helped me with my auto loans, investments, and my debit cards all when I've had questions or needed something new. I'm happy to see them in the middle of a growing neighborhood. It makes me feel like they are here to stay! I highly encourage everyone to check them out!

I was asked for my password and how much I owed on my loan to DEPOSIT A $80 CHECK only. The lady was absolutely rude and said it was the policy. I have been with this credit union for 30 years. I appreciate when asked for my password when money is withdrawn but Deposited; who would be fraudulent and Deposit money, no way, no one. She was spiteful. Poor customer service!

Other credit unions are better to get loans.

I went through the drive-thru to try and deposit my check there were three people sitting in the little cubby hole area I could see one on their phone I pressed the call button three times nobody answered me while the lane next to me had three cars come and go when the time of me sitting there waiting on them. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this location. I will not be returning here. I will go out of my way to go back to my old location

3rivers has NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER 1PM SATURDAY UNTIL ... WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE CALLING BACK ON MONDAY. There is no after hours 800 number, not a single way to contact anyone. They have also made absolutely ZERO efforts to change this or offer any type of solution. Absolutely pathetic

It makes me angry how they will screw us over to save money. They charge 4.99 for one page of starter checks and then on top of it, they won't let you do skip a payment anymore. Outraged.
