This review is long overdue! I switched over to 253 Payment Pros a few months ago and I wish I had them to start off with. I can't believe how much I am saving in fees. Not only that, they were with me the entire process of switching over and answered all million questions I had. If I need anything they are a text or phone call away to help me. At first I thought this sounded too good to be true but I am extremely happy I made the switch. Jake and Rhys are who I had the pleasure to work with. You two are awesome!

I own Extreme Pizza in Boise and have been using this company for over a year now. They are great to work with saving over $200 a month from previous proscessor Gravity systems. Jay and his team are always there to help us with any problems we have. I haven't found anyone who can beat there rates or customer service. I highly recommend!!! Let me take this back they screwed me over and upped my percentages behind my back plus locked me in to a terrible lease on equipment. They also avoid all phone calls.

Everybody at this place is AWESOME!!!!! My regional sales executive was Remy Sharp, he came in and showed me how to save and increase business. Not only am I saving over $750 a month but I now have an amazing Clover POS system that the VP Karam and their tech guy Sunny totally set up for me. They took the time and made sure everything was perfect and showed me how to do everything I’d ever need to do. The best part is they’re all just a phone call away and local which is a big plus for a small business to have local support.

I recently switched over from Square and have been nothing but PLEASED! The customer service was top notch. Jessica Wilson, the National Sales Director, has been hands on and attentive to my every need. But honestly, the transition from Square was very simple. I love the simple fees and the money I will be saving each month. I highly highly recommend.

1) Jake Sharp is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with in my entire career. Poor service and belligerent. 2) My account was cancelled over 4 months ago with his company as well as with Ascentium Capital Equipment Financing , and both have continued to fraudulently withdraw money from our business's banking account. We were paying over $150 to lease credit card machines from Ascentium and can you imagine, they never replaced or updated equipment when they became defective. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! It’s been a little over 5 months and I have yet to receive a dime from the merchant account services they connected me with, when I call them or ask for help they ignore me! I can’t believe I fell for this scam of a company! I will escalate this matter and report them to the BBB, this is unacceptable!

He got us out of a contract with a bad company that would have cost us even more $ than our already crazy high charges we were paying with Bank of America.
