Thoroughly pleased with the whole application process. We didn't qualify for how we initially wanted to work it but, there was a program that we did qualify for and we took advantage of that. All parts of the process were completely transparent. There were no surprises along the way. The park where the house is located took a while to get some paperwork back ( too long) and 21st was very patient. We always knew what was expected and what the next step was too. Trevor was our Originator and he did a great job of answering all questions and I know some of them were dumb questions ( He said they weren't dumb but he Has to say that). I hope that this great service continues as we are now a customer and not just an applicant. If there is one thing I would have to make a little complaint about, it would be the fact no one, not one single person from 21st has showed up here today to help us move. We have beer and pizza. In my research for financing for a manufactured home, I contacted about 5 companies including 21st Mortgage. Within a day, I received a favorable response from them and they started the process of qualifying me for the mortgage. I was assigned to Joy, one of their loan's officer who was very helpful and accommodating. She dealt with me as if we knew each other a long time. She also worked along with the seller to acquire important documents that were necessary for the process. I could call anytime, ask any questions to Joy or any other member of the 21st Mortgage team and they were always willing and ready to assist me and answer all my questions. I was truly impressed with the service and within a very short time, they were ready for the closing. The payment was subsequently made and we're now in our new home. I have had a loan through 21st Mortgage for over 25 years. They are amazing! Anytime I call I get right through to somebody immediately. I am transferred to the correct person. Everybody is always cordial and kind. I recently called to pay off my loan and spoke with Hannah. She was amazing! She took care of everything exactly like I needed it to be taken care of! She is a super sweet girl. I felt very comfortable.

In the past, I haven't had good things to say about 21st mortgage. I called today and spoke with Chloe and her manager and they both were super sweet and understanding and helped me so much. The customer service representatives are always helpful and professional. I have talked to the same representative for the last 3 times I have called. Skyler has always been helpful and cheerful when helping me to get the payment processed. He speaks clearly and is efficient at getting all the necessary things done to process the payment.

The customer service experience I’ve had with the company has always been great. I’ve read a lot of reviews about how these guys can be really really strict on their payments and can turn ugly real quick if payments start to get missed. I can’t say I’ve had that experience yet, as I’ve been lucky enough to make my payments in full pretty much on time every month. As far as the services provided, these guys are one of the few companies that offer “mortgages” for mobile homes. Most regular banks and credit unions won’t touch a mobile home loan. With that being the case, these guys are certainly able to set their own interest rates for the loans they give out. And they set them VERY high. I’m paying a little over 10% apr on my loan, compounded in a way that I don’t understand so that my principal balance never really seems to go down. I’m aware that I signed contracts agreeing to the rates, terms and conditions, but I don’t believe that if I had other options I’d do the same thing again. Housing situation and being rushed into a decision is what led to this. Still, the customer service people have always been good to me, even if the company itself is a predatory lender.

Excellent customer service and Katherine was always so friendly and helpful each step of the way. I had so many questions along the way and she was very prompt to answer them. The company overall has been very efficient and dedicated to provide excellent customer service. I would recommend using them for your home purchase. Thank you Katherine!

I would give negative stars if I could they don’t even deserve one start. This is By far the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with!! Extremely rude! Every time I have called into to make arrangements for paying or calling into request a statement I am given the run around I am spoken too with extreme disrespect! I have been told too be quiet when spoken too. I have been threatened. I have been put down verbally on the phone. Many times having to end the call and hang up cause they have placed me in tears.. they are disrespectful rude and arrogant. I would never ever recommend 21st mortgage for anyone! And would suggest to stay as far away from them as possible. I have had my attorneys involved very rude to them. If you are one day late on your payment they call you at least 20x a day on the hour and when you answer your threatened to have your home reposed before you blink your eyes.. this pandemic has made it extremely hard on a lot of families and they do not care there answer is to find a way too make your payments cause it’s not our problem.. word for word what they tell me.. they also are swear that I have small children in my home and have told me that they don’t not care about the children and that maybe I should place my children with someone else till I can get my life back together. Again word for word from there customer service and management team. They are very harassing and disrespectful. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE

These people are so nice, professional, & very helpful! I spoke to Jacob Mode today with a complicated tax situation with 2 counties. He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes on 3 way with the 2 counties to get everything sorted out. He was so patient & answered questions that I had no idea what they were even asking. With my experience with 21st Mortgage they have been really helpful in make sure I'm taking care of. They also make sure that you that if anything needs to be changed or done up they take care of it right away. I see all the recent 5 star reviews & wonder if they are all bought & paid for. This company purchased my loan for reasons we don't know. No one ever told us, we just had a new bank one day, they just started calling & demanding things, almost intent on taking over everything. They want me to have my home insurance with them & if God forbid you don't pay 1st thing in the morning on the 1st of the month, they will blow up your phone & email until they get their money. Agents talk down to you. Honestly, they may be the ONLY reason I run from my home after 8 yrs here.

Rudest people ever! I was trying to make a payment and the supervisor "Dany" which is supposed to be professional hung up on me and didn't let me make the payment! Maybe people wouldn't be past due and the company would make their money if they wouldn't be rude and allow people to make payments! We also constantly get treated bad, they make my mom cry and stress out. She is a diabetic and has a lot of health issues! It breaks my heart how they can be so rude and mean to someone! & like I said when my mom does call to make the payment they never fail to make her cry even when she is making the full payment. So sad and inhumane! Stay away ! Nobody deserves the extra anxiety these people cause. I wish we would have known better but we got applied through a 3rd party or else we would have never done business with such a horrible company. 0 stars for horrible customer service and rudeness.

Watch your account closely if you do business with them. I just got a loan with them an it only took them one month (2 payments, one calendar month) to mess up my account and prove how untrustworthy that they are. I specifically asked, was assured and, as common sense dictates, any extra money I paid would be applied to the principal of my loan. I paid extra on my 1st 2 payments only to find that they applied the bulk of it toward the interest rather than the principal. I had to speak to 7 people, 3 of whom didn't offer to help, told me things that turned out not to be true or didn't do things that they told me they would. Since they conveniently(for them) don't provide an option to select principal only on their payment website, the last person I spoke with told me I would continue to have to monitor my account because, even though they could have accounting put a principal only flag on my account, they couldn't guarantee that it would work. My recommendation would be to not do business with them or, if you do, watch them closely as they are likely to try and help themselves to some extra interest payments as if the interest rates they charge aren't unreasonably high already. I put 20% down, have good credit and can't see any reason for the interest rate other than corporate greed. Maybe they are trying to punish me because they now know that they won't be getting as much money out of me as they thought they would in interest. Buyer beware!!

When we were trying to purchase a home land package 21st mortgage gave me three different lenders. The first one was the best and had given a firm approval, but because we changed home centers they would not let us continue working with her. Then decided to cut my budget in half with no explanation. After constantly trying to get in contact, along with my house broker, was told that their calculations were not adding up, but when I did the math I got exactly is on my application. (Hr rate x40x52/12)

First of all when we couldn't get financial help getting a loan for a new house 21st mortgage gave us a loan and we got a beautiful brand new modular and then I lost my job during the pandemic and was months behind and again 21st mortgage worked with us and now months after I got a job they have worked with us and now I think we will be caught up thank God but Codie Harrell has been a God send and is not only is she a professional but also understands hardships that people go through and always had options for us and we are so grateful for her. If I could give negative stars I would. Please for the love of God, save yourself so much stress and anguish and time and go anywhere else but here for your mortgage. Every step was like pulling teeth. Now here we are 3 MONTHS into the process and they are trying to tell us that the requirements have changed while nothing else on our end has changed at all. We are fixing to just not even get a mortgage from them at all and will have wasted all this time, energy and resources for nothing. They wait until the last minute and don't tell you everything you need up front. It's an ugly game of you hurry then wait on them. Communication is pitiful until you get ugly and go straight to the top of the command chain for answers as to why you get zero responses to phone calls and emails. If they were closer I would need bail money by the time I got done letting them hold it. These people are a joke.

I am so sad to realize that even being perfectly on time paying my mortgage this company has twice denied me any possibility to skip a payment or make a one-time partial payment. During the COVID season, I lost one of my jobs and my other jobs reduced my hours. At that time the most I had was 10 extra days to pay without penalties. This time I am going through a divorce and have offered proof of documents about my financial situation. I just asked for the same favor and this Mathew (manager) was totally impolite insisting on obtaining my husband's name and phone number to talk to him. Unbelievable!! My husband is not on the loan and calling him would make things even more complicated. This person literally told me if I did not give him my husband's information I had to pay the mortgage and that was it. (very sassy person). Why would they have to get involved in my divorce? I would never recommend anyone to use this company, you never know how life will go and you need someone that will cooperate with you, especially if you have been an excellent customer. AWFUL customer service. Was connected to them through the manufactured home retailer I'm purchasing through. Was given one preapproval with an estimated 8% interest rate. Three days later was given an updated preapproval with an estimated 10% interest rate. I work in the mortgage industry and understand the raising interest rates in the market, but I also know that is HIGH compared to majority of other lenders, including the one I work for. I also understand that I wasn't locked in yet, but that is still a dramatic leap in interest rates over the course of THREE days. I called the loan officer and politely inquired as to why there was a sudden and dramatic increase to my estimated interest rate. At first, she was polite enough and explained that it was due to the rising interest rate market. I immediately called B.S. and called her out on it. I know rates are nowhere near what they were quoting me at this point in time. I explained that working in the mortgage industry, I understand that rates are rising, BUT a full 2% (honestly almost 3%) increase in THREE DAYS was unreasonable. She immediately became curt and flat out said "well, they did and that's what they are." I tried to get more information or discuss other options for getting a lower interest rate and the only option she could provide was a higher down payment. Thanks.... I quickly ended the call and will be informing my sales agent to find us a new lender. I refuse to work with anyone who is that rude, uninformed, and unwilling to work with a borrower.

I thought this would be a fun process but 21st mortgage has made it absolute hell! They have made this the most stressful process I've ever had. Why do you guys make it so complicated! Then I call to talk to someone and they always say oh so and so is busy I'll have them call you back or leave them a message. I leave a message and never get a call back. Update: original post above was 2 weeks ago, called 3 times since then, still no call back. Glad to hear Chris O'Connor is no longer working there cuz he clearly couldn't do his job. My documents I uploaded still say "will be reviewed no later than 3/30 at 2:32 PM" it's now 4/13. Haven't even got my full approval and I already can't wait to refinance with literally ANY company!

This is by far the worst mortgage company you can use… they don’t call you back or respond… when you do get a hold of them you can’t speak because the constantly talk over the top of you… they will do different things without talking to you first and getting your approval… they are not in it for the costumer only for there selves. They have by far the worst customer service iv ever seen.

Stay away from this company! I got behind last year due to being on quarantine from covid they do not care ! I constantly get harassed to the point of them making me cry! They belittle me all the time I was so stressed one time from them I was about to check myself into a mental institution!

The lender I got didn’t seem like he wanted to help. I’ll just rather go elsewhere. Agent was rude in initial call and cut me off while talking. Also, I’m explaining to them my credit report is inaccurate but they weren’t listening to that still gave me a very low approval amount. On top of that they want 20% down please I’ll go for a real house before I do any of that.

When I was buying my place a great experience until I decided to sell the customer service was ridiculous rude And un helpful Do your sealf a favor and use a different company I will not be a customer of theirs for much longer because I am selling the home that they have financed. If I weren’t selling, I would refinance with another company. Do your best to avoid this company.

Wow this place is something else, apparently some of the manufactured home dealers use this place exclusively. They practice the art of bait and switch, promise you a low interest rate then come back with 2, 3 or more points higher then they told you. Every time they run your information they come back with a higher interest rate and a lower loan amount… Imagine that. High interest rates and high down payments, predatory lending practices and towards people that are trying to buy less expensive manufactured homes. Shame on them....

These people do not care one bit if you’re going through a crisis, call constantly after payment is even one day late. Will not accept a partial payment, must be in full, Valerie asked me if I could borrow the money or sell something. Wish I never would have financed with them.!

I just obtained my mortgage from 21st Mortgage and I cannot believe that they not only took the FIRST payment from the wrong account, they also took another payment from the right account for some else's payment. I am still waiting for my $771 over payment they took. I dread doing business with this company of this is how accounts are handled. And I am set up on AUTO PAY!

Dawanna King deserves more than 5 star rating. She actually listened to my complaint about my ac in my mobile home not working. Bosarge Mobile Homes sold me a 2006 $70,000 used mobile very beautifully remodeled mobile home inside and out. When we got the mobile home we discovered that they gave us a used air-conditioning unit that was not even meant to be in the mobile home it was outdated did not work then they replaced it with another older air conditioning unit that didn’t work either and when I contacted the Juana she told me to write a complaint letter and she will send it to 21st mortgage and 21st mortgage turn around and got it fixed I love 21st mortgage and they have an exceptional worker in Dawana King. Also Bosarge Mobile Homes in Irvington Ms. told us that the mobile home was remodeled throughout come to find out we are having a leak in our bathroom because we have shingles that do not have no grip at all all in them Dawanna is helping work with 21st mortgage to see what they can get done. Customer service has been great the past couple years I've been with them. Anytime I've had a difficult month like during covid, they've always been able to help. Some financial counselors are better than others in terms of kindness but overall it's been a great experience so far.

Worst customer service ever! I talked them tonight and informed 21st I would pay almost 2 payments in 4 days, they continued to tell me how irresponsible I was and I should reach out to family and friends. I have never been belittled due to telling you when I’m making a payment. RUDE!!! Everyone you talk to. Managers are worse and just hang up you. I’ve also noticed the will be more agreeable with a male vs a female.

This company approved us quickly then denied us. They have kept us on an emotional roller-coaster. Every conversation I've had with them has been bland. Even when I received the call saying I was approved was so monotone. It felt like it annoyed them to call me with an approval. They had us fooled, including the manufacturing company we are buying our home from. Even they were congratulating us. They were more excited for us than 21. This second approval with them has been put on hold. I've provided them with signatures and proof of things to show what I needed to prove, and it wasn't enough. They are black and white, no understanding, no interest in trying to understand, and no desire to help. Once I get what I need in a few weeks, we will not do business with them. They have lost my business as well as another due to their lack of respect. So if you get approved, just know it's not approved. It's more of a pre-approval, which is how it should be labeled. This, I understand. But to say approved and then not, that is wrong. We will be going with a more family oriented company.

Insane lending practices considering the homes. The terms I was offered was pretty crazy, considering the loan I got approved for with another company. Had to tell the loan originator the credit report he pulled for me was far from accurate, and fax over my own credit report to still get lackluster service at best.

My family sent our monthly payment however due to mailing issues it appeared lost. A representative told us to put a stop payment on the check and send an another check. We did just that. Unfortunately, 21st mortgage cashed the new check and the “lost-now-found” check. Since there was a stop placed on the check, our account got flagged for insufficient funds and we can’t pay our account online BUT we can send in another check in the mail (not okay) or call. These cases aren’t very kind due to this issue not being our fault. Although Casey and Tory talked to us about the issue. Supervisor Tory stated she wasn’t sure if they told us about the stop payment but they use a third party and can’t help. I wouldn’t recommend this company, they don’t seem to be customer focused.

This has to be the worst financial corporation i have ever dealt with. They are quick to take your home from you after you clearly are trying to make payments. I was told by an agent, Matthew, that I was liability and that clearly I cant afford my home. Mind you, I called in to give a payment. With all thats going on right now, you'd think people would be a tad more considerate to people who are working and trying to make do.. but no, apparently, who cares if you are struggling, in the end all that matters is that they get their money .

I would give zero stars if I was able. This entire company is a joke. There is no way all of the reviews they have are real. These people will try to screw you over left and right. I basically did the job for my loan originator because she was clueless throughout the process (and also off for an entire week, every other week). I constantly had to double and triple check everything because to no fail, there was always something WRONG. This company knows that anybody financing with them is doing so as a last resort and that's why they think they can get away with all of the sketchy stuff they do. I was lucky enough to find a WAYYYYYY better company (Security America Mortgage) that was able to refinance us immediately after closing with 21st. Do not fall into this companies trap. They're rude, and every experience I have had with them customer service wise, has been terrible. I'm surprised they're even still in business with the way they do things. EDIT AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE: I called multiple times throughout the process to speak with a manager and every single time I was told they were not available and that I could leave a message and nobody ever got back with me. Not a single time. I get that yall have a whole team specifically for replying to reviews, but maybe that wouldn't be necessary if the company was worth a sh*t.

I needed a 9 day extension on my payment for my home loan, since I had a few unexpected things go on, and Chase was incredibly helpful for me and assured me that it was no problem since I always pay my dues on time and would continue to after this slight movement, and considering the late fee wouldn’t be charged until 15 days after due date anyhow. Every time I talk to them and I tell them I’m gonna pay by the 15th which you are allowed to do that they act like it’s Horrible and you are a horrible person. At first, the staff was very nice and reasonable but once you get 30 days passed due they turned on me and have 0 understanding and are ridiculous EVERYTIME we speak. Single mother of 2 kids going through divorce and unemployed they don't care at all and have me in tears everytime we get off the phone AT 30 DAYS LATE!!

Update: I’ve brought this score up due to their customer service. After checking in with different representatives everytime, Jamal has by far been the most helpful and provides the best service. He stood out to me because he offered to provide his extension to make sure my payments are processed and applied correctly. He also knows exactly what I am trying to say or ask for and is very good at what he does, Im very impressed tbh. Thanks Jamal! Overall good experience except a rocky start in the beginning of the loan process, payments are easily made.

I called regarding my parents mortgage at 21st mortgage and all i can say is they have wonderful customer service. Nathan is the gentleman that I talk to. He was very informative and answered all questions and concerns. What a great company!

Everyone I speak to is always very nice and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help with a problem or issue that has came up.

My experience with this company was it lacked professionalism. Loan officer was rude and seemed to make rules up as we went. Justin , loan officer does not know what a co-applicant is and therefore decided to be a co- applicant I would have to sell my home and move in with the applicant. This was all after the loan was approved and all financials and tax returns were sent to this to joke of a lending company. I will be watching for any fraudulent activity with my social security number and all bank information that was sent. Half of the asking price of the new home was also going onto the loan. Which was a 50 percent down payment. I have never dealt with such an inept company in my life. I would definitely explore all your options before settling with this mortgage company. I am now relieved that the inconsistencies of their loan practices came to light, I can only imagine how the rest of the loan rules would have changed if we would have signed with them. And for Justin to demand my home be sold and the other home sold for a lousy loan strikes me as peculiar and way out in left field, and than tells me that is the rules. Do your homework on this company.

Nate was very professional and helpful when I called in 11/5/2021. I thought I'd signed up for monthly payments but apparently I hadn't but I am in the process of doing it now. Nate helped me find the appropriate form to print out and email back. Nate was so courteous he allayed my anxiety and if he were here with me, I would have given him a hug! Great Employee!

I had a wonderful experience with 21st Mortgage! I wish all businesses were so easy to deal with. The application process is straight forward and you get an answer within 24 hours. My loan Officer Kellie Carter walked through the entire process and was so helpful and patient! I have never done a home equity loan and I don’t have a lot of experience. She was awesome! The entire process was painless!

With this pandemic things have been more than tough. And that's with every aspect of life. But fortunately we were able to have 21st as our mortgage lender. They have helped us beyond measure! My wife and I didn't know how our next payment would be met and 21st came through with a variety of options on how it could be dealt with. My child and I got covid last month and Jared McCoy has went out of his way to help me in any way that he can. I am very thankful that my mortgage is with this company.

In the 12 years that I’ve had my mortgage with 21st, life has taken me through a few ups and downs. They have always been so personable and extremely helpful in understanding my situation. I’m doing this review because we just went through a Cat 5 hurricane and these people have been wonderful!!! I give this mortgage company 5 STARS!!!

25 year loan, would amount to 300 plus k total (300 payments total x$1080) for a 138k loan amount. With 6800 down . Excellent credit , minimal debt ... 6.25% annual interest and 6.5% or so interest. These guys are funny hahaha. I feel many here have no idea how much they get shafted for.

Underwriting is subpar if you ask me. Just make sure you have 2 incomes, married, with no kids. You probably have a better shot of getting an approval. Been trying to help my sister get into an inexpensive home, jumped through hoops and all but, I guess they'd rather her pay more for an apartment for her and the kids rather be in the lower payment and actually have a home. It's just jacked up. So, there ya go. Completely disappointed and appalled here.

Recently my wife and I became unemployed and we were unable to make our house payment. We reached out to 21st and they had several avenues to assist us in this time of need. Dalton was able to have our November payment deferred and now we are able to stay on track between jobs. If you are wondering if you should use this company for a loan let this be your sign. Real people answer the phones with real help. Life happens and they understand. Wish I could give 6 stars!

Been with this company for about 6 years.... At first everything was fine and everything was good until I needed a little help with my payment since I knew I would be behind. Knowing if I got behind it would be very hard to get caught back up out of the whole. I had a death in the family I informed them my 19 yr old son had just died and asked if there was anything they could do to help so I don't get behind. Besides being extremely rude with me then proceeded to tell me no you signed a contract and the due date is the due date.and I should have put money aside ahead of time to bury my son. I would take your business elsewhere... Or make sure you never have to ask for help or get behind.it will be awful for you.

A caring company that just wants your business and will do within reason what ever it takes to keep you a satisfied customer. I was unemployed for almost two years and they had been a great help during those tough times.

My interest rate could be lower... but all in all great company to deal with. Allison was the person I talked to everytime I had an issue or concern and was available everytime i called, it couldn't have been any better. I was just amazed how a mortgage company can still treat customers like people still instead of just profit.

I spoke with Jordan and Christian, today. Their professionalism and concern are so much appreciated! Jordan was very helpful and explained things very well to me. When I thought of a question later, I called back and spoke to Christian. He took the extra step to have a supervisor pick up the line to address my concerns. They made what could have been difficult so much easier.

We have had nothing but positive experiences. We were really not prepared to buy a new home, however our landlord of 10 years had other ideas. With 50 days to move and not much savings 21st was able to get us into a new modular home in a safe and comfortable community. I have recently missed a payment and they were so understanding. I can't say they would be if I did it all the time, but I dont play on that happening again.

Trevor with the direct lending lending department has been amazing. He has been prompt and professional, answering any questions we’ve had during the buying process. The electronic process of sending in documents was simple using the online portal and definitely a plus. We would definitely recommend this company to any of our friends and family!

I have been with 21st for the last 17 years, and we’ve never had any issues to discuss up until this year that we got hit with hardships. For the last six months, we haven’t been able to make regular payments like we always have and they have worked through it with us. I have mainly spoken to Jill, who has been great through everything. She’s been kind and understanding and very professional. I wish I could say the same about one of the supervisors. I’ve spoken with a couple of female supervisors who were great with me. Unfortunately, there was this one male supervisor who got on the phone to approve my application a couple of months ago and he belittled me, was condescending, presumptuous, disrespectful, and judged me and my situation. I was in tears during this entire excruciating session, during which he offered no apology or sense of empathy for me. I felt humiliated and felt like the only thing he cared about was getting the money. I was in shock and left anxious and could not believe what had happened. He never called back to apologize and no one called to apologize for him. It was disappointing to see that a supervisor would treat a long-time loyal customer like this. Like everyone who has had hardships knows that they don’t come with a manual or directions. You have to learn how to navigate through them and make life somehow work while everything else is still crumbling around you. I’m still learning on how to navigate through everything that’s happening to me and my family. And I’m just glad that Jill has been my main person to talk to. Because if it were NOT for Jill this would NOT be a five star review. She been a great help through this dark period in our lives. Thank you Jill and 21st for working with us through this ordeal, it hasn’t been easy.

The reps for this company are so rude and very nasty! My parents are going through financial hardship and doing their best to make ends meet but the people here are no help! My mother was basically harassed by a rep named Andrew! He belittled her, talked to her like a child, and wouldn’t stop antagonizing her! I couldn’t believe that someone who’s supposed to be professional would ever act this way towards a customer! He didn’t care what he was saying and how he said it! This was not the first time this has happened with this company and I would never recommend them to anyone!! Their customer service team needs some help or this place will crumble!!

I have never in my 35 years dealt with a company where I didn't have to repeat my issue/concern every single time I called or even multiple times on the same call to the same person. This company is the most customer friendly company I have ever interacted with and I am thrilled for them to be in charge of my mortgage. I talked to Sarah today and she was incredibly helpful and polite, also got me a quick answer and gave me realistic expectations. I've previously communicated with Eric and he was very helpful as well and provided a timely response. When I initially called in a couple weeks ago, it was because my payment had gone up due to taxes and I was connected with someone in the escrow department, I believe her name was Stephanie. She really helped me out by suggesting I go to my local tax department and file for a homestead exemption. I mean what company these days treat their customers like actual human beings?!?! If you have a choice for a your mortgage I HIGHLY suggest 21st. This company should be training all other companies how to run their businesses. Not to even mention how easy their selfcare options are, pay online, interest statement, documentation just everything..... now - 21st how about I get a little lower number on that interest rate (totally kidding - it's already great)

The representative that I was fortunate enough to work with today was a wonderful , patient, knowledgeable gentleman named Lucas. I am usually a little hesitant when I call to pay my Mortgage because I am not sure that the person I get is so busy with their other work that I feel rushed to get the process done really quickly, and I cannot speak or do things really quickly anymore. So I worry that maybe I should try the automated thing, but I am uncomfortable with the machine. Lucas made me feel comfortable with having him do the process with me so for that I Thank him & 21st Mortgage. Nothing feels better than to complete your call, (payment) feeling relaxed & that everything was taken care of. Again Thank You Lucas & 21st Mortgage for making my day the very best.

Customer care service was very helpful. I dealt with Cory and he acted professionally while we set up my auto draft. It was convenient doing the transaction on my smart phone as I'm disabled and don't get around well. The whole thing only took a few minutes. I would recommend him for all your account needs

She is by far the sweetest, most helpful, caring and most understanding employee that I've dealt with yet from 21st, That includes ALL departments. She takes the time to understand an issue without all the unnecessary 2 cents given, and without the threats that others have TRIED TO PUSH UPON that only make situations worse and cause parties to distance themselves and upset. She is definitely an EXAMPLE that others there need to learn from as how to approach a situation and how to calmly execute it with care and concern. Olivia DEFINITELY represents 100% the old saying, You get more flys with honey than vinegar.

Where do I start. First I would NEVER recommend 21st Mortgage to anyone. The reps for this company are strictly for PROFIT only. I personally went through and still dealing with Covid-19 long haul symptoms and they offered NO help whatsoever. 21st has NO REAL PROGRAMS IN PLACE TO HELP THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER.Our old rep Jill Branson was as helpful as she could be on the surface but was only doing what she could.Our new reps Sean Metz/Tyler Staub are new to our account and seem a little tense and could loosen up a bit, my husband deals with them. I don’t have the stomach to deal with the negativity that comes off from the reps. . The supervisors we have spoken with in the past were rude, disrespectful and downright nasty. I am sure this review won’t change anything with 21st but our current reps keeps asking for a review so here it is.

I am very pleased with the level of assistance i received regarding my payments. Mrs. Hannah was extremely courteous and professional along with kind demeanor. On 9/2/2021 Thursday, I called to make my payment and spoke with Joshua. I have had several bad experiences when calling but this time it was a good call. Payment was made and Josh was very professional and courteous.

These people are awesome they will bend over backwards to do anything they can as long as you are straight up and straight forward this is out 1st home loan and has been rough starting out but these people get it! Ask for Matt he’s great also Wes if a really nice guy higher up the chain I believe and is a straight shooter you be honest with him and he’s honest with you and will do anything to help you as long as you are the same way with him, if I could give more stars I would!!
