My experience with 21st Insurance Agency has been positive. Barbie S. has been working with me since the start. Barbie followed through with everything in a very timely manner. She is positive, motivated and totally helpful. She made the process simple and direct and communicated to us at all times during the process. I called and spoke with Jacob Wilson. I am a first time home buyer and I had questions about upcoming renewal of home insurance. Jacob was the greatest! I explained to him my questions and without hesitation he provided all the information I needed. He explained everything to me in a manner which I completely understood. Grant Jackson was awesome. He even sounds happy! And we all know that dealing with insurance companies and human beings can be tricky. It's a money thing....a lot out of pocket with no obvious return, at least we hope not. Grant answered all my questions and didn't even hesitate when I asked if I could change companies if I thought I could save more. His response was to please just give them notice so the agents could be ready. He was kind and considerate and very patient while I asked questions in rapid fire succession because, sad to say, that is how I talk. So thank you Grant for making this easy for me!

I called in response to letters regarding wind storm coverage on my home. I spoke with Robert Chambers who initiated contact with my insurance agent. After the requested time I called back to confirm that the proper information had been provided by my agent. Mr chambers was busy but Ms. Toril Bllair looked into the file and reported that the requested information had been received, and at my request sent me a confirmation email. My inquiry was handled promptly and efficiently.

I was unsure who my insurance was through and emailed 21st insurance. Grant called me back fairly quickly and let me know that I did not carry insurance through them. But he went above and beyond to get me the correct insurance company, my policy number and a contact number. Thank you for going above and beyond Grant!

Brenda was very patient professional and helpful she took the time to research the correct company contact number for me. We need more people like her who just don’t reply wrong company or wrong number but she went extra mile to help and I’m very grateful to her thanks.

Barbie Spires was absolutely amazing! She was very quick to answer any and all questions I had. Great communication, great rates and an overall great company to work with especially if you're lucky enough to get Barbie as your agent!

Grant Jackson was great at answering my queries n was able to address what I called them about in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing I can comment on is it took me 3x to get transferred to someone who could address my concerns and also they don't tell you that they're putting you on hold while they look for answers. They don't ask for example: "can i put you on a 2min brief hold while I look for answers?"...they just put you on hold n you're there waiting to see if someone will be back or not. I think this is a "room for improvement " area for them. Other than that... they are respectful n courteous on the phone.

I'm so Thankful and happy that I had Evelyn Mahler for a represented she was so kind and patient with me and made sure that I did understand everything and I am very thankful for that, cause sometime i can be a little slow. she made sure my insurance was taking care of and I didn't have to wait, she kept me in the loop and made sure every thing was on point. Ms Evelyn Mahler was polite and kind, and soft spoken made me combatable to talk to her.

This company was amazing, fast, friendly, and helpful. Barbie jumped right on it and answered my multiple questions without getting frustrated. She changed my policy 4 times when I changed my needs without issue. The price of my policy and coverage amounts were better than my previous company, Farm Bureau, that complained about renewing my policy because, get this, I needed to pressure wash my sliding because it was dirty! It was the middle of winter with rain and snow...soo, NO! Recommend 100%!
