My husband and I love this mortgage company. We submitted everything via email which was a convenience for everyone. We had an approval within a few days. I would have to say the hardest part for us was actually finding a house. The team went above and beyond, answering every call we made to them answering every email we sent to them and touching basis after the sale was final.

This wasn't my first time refinancing and in the past Ive had really poor experiences with small mortgage companies. To tell you the truth i was a bit skeptical of going with 1st Reliant.
