Due to an unforeseen pandemic financing anything has been a huge hurdle, especially in a time of need. These gentleman and especially Shamar were extremely professional and took care of my issue expediently and with class. Many times you go to financing companies and feel either judged or the people gain preconceived notions of who you are based on your credit. However 1st Franklin looked into my credit profile and actually asked me questions about what was going on and asked how they could help. I highly suggest going here for all your financial needs. Very quick and easy! The branch manager Krystle is always so sweet and helpful. Dustin is another employee and he is always great. I personally like coming in and seeing the same employees. Says a lot about the company. If you need a loan for a vacation like me or for something else you should go to them!

Very fine company these people are. Unfortunately my wife and I weren’t approved for the loan but the attention and empathy they gave was beyond amazing. Shamar really went above and beyond and told us exactly what to work on with our credit and to come back and see him in 1 or 2 months. He’s professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about finances. They really do care about all the customers and wants to see them succeed. We now have the tools to get out of debt and improve financially overall. Definitely will be back to see them. First Franklin you’ve got the right people in Sandy Springs!

The worst experience ever! They told me yesterday I was approved for $1500. I sent them bank statements, 1099, ID, ssn, 2020 tax return. I call this morning and they saying it wasn’t approved. The craziest thing I’ve ever heard. I released all my personal info just for y’all to say I wasn’t approved. Tonya called yesterday and said I was approved. I ended up going to world finance without any issues, poor customer service and your loss. Andria J
